- Buenos Aires - You will be picked up from your hotel or meeting point in the downtown area of Buenos Aires to Estancia Don Silvano (approximately 2 hours away).

Estancia Don Silvano - Upon arrival at the Estancia, you will start with a reception of empanadas, wine and juice. Afterwards, you can visit some of the Estancia’s attractions and then take a leisurely horseback ride. Upon your return, enjoy a delicious asado (barbecue), ribs and grilled chicken accompanied by salads and, for dessert, ice cream. Drinks included (red and white wine, soft drinks, water and coffee). During lunch, enjoy a music and folkloric dance show (typical Argentinean dance). In the afternoon, you can take a carriage or tractor ride and watch a gaucho skills show.
At the end of the activities, you will enjoy a mate (typical Argentinean drink made of yuyo and hot water) accompanied by cakes with dulce de membrillo (quince jelly). - Buenos Aires - At the end of the day, we will return to the city center where the tour will end at a point agreed with the guide.

Great way to understand gauchos' life - It was very interesting and joyful day for all of us doing horse riding, carriage and tractor, having lunch and laughing, singing and watching the gauchos show.

The dance shows were awesome! - Pickup was right on time. And the guide and driver were super considerate when I let them know we had to leave earlier so I could catch a flight

Great food and entertainment but disorganized. - They didn’t pick up at our hotel so we had to take an Uber to Hotel Ker because my knee was sore and it was 10 blocks away. We were the only ones picked up there. The last to get on. Tour guide barely spoke English. Very confusing directions where to go and what to do once we got there. The guy running the gift shop was super cool and accepted USD for refreshments. I guess there’s a pool so bring your suits and towels if you like. There was also horseback riding, zip line and carriage rides. The main attraction was the barbecue and entertainment. Food was delicious but not organized well in who they served. Singer and dancers were excellent. On the way home we had to plead with tour guide to drop us off at our hotel which they had to pass by anyway.
