Dario was great! - Dario picked us up on time at the agreed location, unfortunately we had a heavy rain for our tour which made it difficult going out and walk around. However, Dario was super friendly and knowledgeable about the city! He came prepared (with umbrella for us) We loved his energy throughout the tour. He took us to majority of listed neighborhoods and spoke excellent English! We learnt a lot about the city!

Excellent tour - Lucas, collected us on time at the agreed location. Unfortunately we had heavy rain for our tour which made it difficult to get out and walk around some of the places we visited. Lucas however was very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. Despite the conditions we got to see a lot of Buenos Aires and learnt a lot about it's history

An excellent half day in Buenos Aires - This was our first visit to Buenos Aires, so our goal of this tour was to become familiar with the neighborhoods and to see some major tourist sites so we put together a plan on our own for the rest of this trip. This turned out to be much more than a scouting tour, we really saw Buenos Aires all because of our tour guide, Martin. He knows Buenos Aires and world history and is quick to find accurate answers when needed. He knows his way around town and is able to drive through the streets while sharing history, old and recent. Every minute we spent touring with Martin was time well spent.
The 4+ hour tour led by Martin was the best half day private city tour we have ever had.

Buenos Aires city tour - A great overview of the city. Despite heavy rain, Juan made sure that we were able to see Buenos Aires. Highly recommend this tour.

Perfect intro to the city! - Lautaro and Roberto were an amazing team on our tour yesterday - they have such a rhythm down between guide and driver. We were dropped off on one side of a point of interest, Lautaro explained the history, and there was Roberto on the other side, waiting for us, car door open. It was a perfect four hour intro to such a large city…we saw neighborhoods and things we would have never seen had we been on our own. Definitely a great tour!

Tour by Private Auto - We were driven to several areas of the city. Luca was knowledgeable and fun to talk with, and spoke excellent English. It was nice to see the Plaza de Mayo, the Cathedral, La Boca, and the Rose Garden. A lot of time was spent driving and looking for parking, and I would skip leather factory.

Mediocre at best, for the money we paid - Was enjoyable but didn’t cover some places listed. It would have been nice to be able to work out where we wanted to go with the guide, but after bundling us into the car, we just took off. I would have skipped the dulce de leche tasting, (where we felt obligated to buy a jar) and would rather have seen Recoleta bookstore and Palermo and the floralis generica. Also we weren’t able to go near the stadium at La Boca due to game day preparation, which was very disappointing. The whole purpose of paying for a private tour was to see what we wanted to see, but we weren’t consulted. The guide told us that she likes to start in the south, then move to the north of the city, but we didn’t get north at all. The guide and the driver spent a lot of time chatting between themselves in Spanish while we sat in the back seat wondering.

Payment options on website, not accurate leading to tour cancellation - I booked this tour on the company’s website about five or six weeks before my trip When I went to check out, I was offered two options either pay now or pay on arrival. I chose the pay on arrival option When we were in Argentina, two days prior to the scheduled tour, I got a WhatsApp message saying that there was no longer space for us in the tour because I had not paid. I had never received a message to pay, which I would’ve gladly done. When I contacted the person from the company who sent me the message and reviewed the email confirmation that said that I could pay on arrival, she was not helpful and just told me that there was no longer space for our group on this tour. She was unable to accommodate us. This company needs to change their website—this is not truthful representation for payment. I just checked the company’s website now and they still offer the option of pay on arrival, which is clearly not accurate.
I cannot comment on the quality of the tour because we were not allowed the chance to have this tour because of this error with the company
