Excellent intro to the city - Super operation. Came to our hotel for pick up. On time. We had a van bus which was very comfortable. Able to see out very easily and to take photos 3 great stops. At the recoleta we were guided to several prominent tombs. Especially the tomb of Eva Peron Drove through main neighborhoods with a short stop in La Boca. Plenty of time to see the area and get a snack. There was a half hour stop at the Plaza de Mayo so you could get photos of the Casa Rosada and Cabildo. Enough time to go into the cathedral to see the tomb of San Martin Our guide Lucilla was wonderful. Very informative. Great pace if you have problems walking Have taken many tours. This was the best.

A good all round tour with a few caveats - This tour stopped in the top tourist spots and the guide kept us well informed and was engaging. We did however counter some issues though out of our guides control but to be considered from an operators view. 1. We had to change buses last minute, this was due to reaching seated capacity unexpectedly. 2. Part of the tour was whilst sitting on the bus and not everyone got a clear view when parked up but not disembarking of the monument, building, etc that we were looking at. The bus stopped and blocked our view often through the window with either a Ricki Martin concert poster and quite often trees. 3. The back seats aren't the best seats to get an all round view. It's very hit or miss which side is the best. Though I would do again and recommend to my friends, I feel that this experience can be improved.

The original city bus trip showed us stopping for 1/2 at certain places. It was all different when we took the tour. - Did not like stopping at a location and not being able to get out of the bus to take a picture. We were the last ones picked up on the tour and sat at the back of the bus. When we got off the bus, we changed to the front of the bus. The people sitting there were furious that we took their spots. We did not appreciate having to walk back to our hotel when promised to return us there when we signed up

Interesting tour, but would have been better if the tour guide didn't gabble her words in English. - The tour guide was very nice, but unfortunately the tour was in three languages, English, Spanish and Portuguese, so she had to speak really quickly, which made her very difficult to understand in English. The bus was late getting to our hotel to pick us up, and then didn't drop us off at the hotel afterwards, but we didn't have far to walk back. We had three stops where we could walk around on our own. The last stop was for 45 minutes, near some very tacky souvenir shops. The time would have been better spent at the other 2 stops and taking us back to the hotel afterwards. We only really needed 10 minutes to buy souvenirs. At the other two stops we were just left on our own to look around. It would have been better if the guide had come with us, and explained what the buildings were, we were looking at. At the cemetery we were just pointed to the entrance. Some of the people on the tour didn't even understand where to go so we had been to the cemetery earlier, we had to point them in the right direction. It would have been better of the guide had come to show them the entrance, and explained more about the cemetery.

Good Tour Could Have Been Better - The tour sites visited were interesting and great. The biggest disappointment was not going to the cemetary where Eva Peron is buried. We were looking forward to visiting that site. Tour picked us up at our hotel, but did not drop us off there. The up hill walk in the heat of the day was a challenge for one member of our group. The tour guide was wonderful. Her English was very clear and she was very responsive to calling the van early when one member of our group needed to get out of the heat. The driver was professional. The van was clean and the stops were well timed. Good tour, but it could have been better.

Driver/guide never showed up even though we had prepaid and scheduled the private four hour city tour in advance. Very d - We had booked a four hour private city tour of Buenos Aires. Our pick up was at the Marriott Hotel. The driver/guide never showed up. We called the numbers given and there was no response. That was the only day in Buenos Aires and we wasted a day. Very disappointing. Finally we took a hurried city tour with Hop On Hop Off bus. We lost the money we had paid in advance for the tour plus missed the tour we wanted to do. Very disappointed.

City Tour Buenos Aires - We have been on MANY VIATOR tours. This was horrible with a fast talking tour director (Sol) who spoke Spanish quickly and reverted to English and back & forth with NO possibility of understanding her. She was rude & uninterested in her clients. We truly SHOULD be reimbursed because we received no knowledge of our sights! AWFUL! Al & Mj Walburg
