At 9:45am we checked in for our 10:00am Adventure Course Trek and our 12:00 Zipline. We were told to wait outside for the guide to meet us. We waited while the 10:00am Zipline group was picked up. Then we waited some more. At 10:15am we went inside and asked what was going on. We were given verbal directions to where we should walk to get our gear and orientation. I expressed my disappointment about the fact that we had appeared to be forgotten about, and this meant we would lose time on the Adventure Course since we needed to be off in time for our Zipline. The lady at the counter said that if we wanted to after our Zipline, we could return and get a little more time on the Adventure Course. Given the situation, that was a reasonable offer, but it would not work for us based on our subsequent plans for the day.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The Adventure Course was good, and the Guides there were friendly and helpful. But starting the day by being told to wait at a specific place and then being forgotten about was a very poor start to the day and far below the expectations I had.
