Relaxing experience - This was a nice relaxing experience. The pools were very clean. There are many different outdoor and indoor pool to choose from. They are different temperatures. The cabinets are actually small private dressings rooms that you get a lock for. The key is like watch that you wear while you are there. It was comfortable and easy to use. This was well worth the money as there didn’t appear to be a large public dressing room. Grab a lounge chair and put your towel on it as soon as you’re ready to swim. We didn’t do that right away. By the time we wanted a lounge chair, they were all already claimed. We spent about 5 hours there. We had lunch at their little cafe and it was quite good. I had goulash. My husband had sausage with bread. Basically traditional Hungarian food.

This was FUN - Despite the 100 degree temps this was great fun. Each of us got a secure locker with a modern wrist band to open it with a simple touch - it’s large enough to leave backpacks, wallets, personal effects and very secure -ample room to get changed in - the large outdoor pool area includes a whirlpool which spins you around and is great fun. YOU NEED FLIPFLOPS - you’re not allowed to walk around bare foot - I had to buy a paid for US $45 in their store. There’s lots of bathrooms, water fountains, a basic restaurant, and beds everywhere, but not so many umbrellas - bring sunscreen! Inside there’s a least a dozen hot spas if not more - most are warm, some are hot, a few are COLD. Upstairs there’s a beer spa - sit in wooden tubs with hot spa water and the beer tap is right there and you can drink as much as you like. Loved this excursion it was a blast - and if you’re up to it the zoo is only a few minutes down the street- you could go there first then spend the rest of the day in the spa! Tip? You can only enter once - no exit and entry allowed!

Totally worth the trip - I was reluctant. It’s a pricy visit but worth. I went in the morning, and it wasn’t crowded. The pools are lovely. Be sure to pick up some flip flops before you arrive (many little shops around town sell them) and grab a towel from your hotel (wink wink), they’re required, and expensive at the baths. No issues as a solo woman. I bought the cabin so I had a private changing room.

A Day at the Baths - Well managed. Clean. Multiple baths at different temps to choose from. Spent several hours in a large pool with about 100 guests, mostly speaking Hungarian. Loads of fun, even tho it rained on us. Recommend bringing your own bath supplies (water shoes or flip flops, and towel if possible) so you don't have to purchase those items

Thermal Yeah! - A must when visiting Budapest, very clean and quite early morning. Book a changing cubicle I think is a must and arriving early you get to bag a seat which you will struggle with if you arrive after 11am.

Long queues with prebooked tickets and there is a limit of people they let in. - Interesting trip - started early in the morning, no queue , lockers are comfortable. Didn't prebook anything, just paid at the ticket machine and went in. Loved the whole experience!

Get there early to guarantee a sunbed - Spent a few hours on a Sunday morning. We got there just after 9 so had no problem with finding a sunbed. Enjoyed the outdoor pools & used some of the indoor pools when it got too hot outside. Food & drink very limited & expensive but overall I'm pleased we went.
