Great food/drink tour - We had a terrific afternoon with Beata who had a great depth of knowledge of the local history. She offered us traditional Hungarian food and drink experiences which we very much enjoyed (and we were so full afterwards). There was plenty of variety in our tastings and we finished at a really interesting and quirky venue which I won’t name so it remains a lovely surprise if you choose this tour.

Exploring the food and city with friends. - A very enjoyable afternoon with Bea. We tasted great local food whilst learning about the local culture. We ate, drank and laughed. A brilliant way to explore the city.

Delicious - We tried a lot of delicious Hungarian food and Bea was able to shift the tour to accommodate what we had already tried so far in our trip. Highly recommend to anybody!

The Most Authentic Hungarian Tasting - We ended up being the only couple on the tour. Agnes did a fantastic job of showing us around the food scene in Budapest as well as some of the historical sites along the way. She was very nice, made sure all our expectations were met, and did a very good job of explaining the evolution of the culinary scene.
Agnes was very communicative before the tour with expectations and meeting times/places. She even offered that we message her after our tour with any questions or recommendations.

Bea At Your Best in Hungary! - This tour was perfect. Just what we were looking for. Bea met us at our hotel and took us to a restaurant we would never have found for some traditional dishes. Then we explored the food market where Bea explained Hungarian wines, sausages, vegetables, and paprikas. It was very interesting and informative. At other spots we tasted delicious sausage, then funnel cake. Along the way, Bea pointed out interesting buildings and their history. Bea was fun, entertaining, and knowledgeable. We could have hung out with her all day!

Absolutely Recommend - Nick was an excellent guide. We experienced food that we would not have tried if not for the tour. He also took time to knowledgeably answer our historical and cultural questions. I would absolutely recommend!

Great Food Experience in Budapest - We had a great time with Tibe (Tiberiu) on our tour. He took us to several restaurants where we were able to get a great sampling of Hungarian cuisine. He provided a great history of the area on our walk and even took us to the original "Ruin" bar. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and time with Tibe. I'd highly recommend this tour.

Do not waste your money or time - Do not spend money on this tour. Totally disappointed! We booked 6 tastings with drinks in Budapest 2 hour walking tour to experience local history and food experience.
The photo is my only plate tasting experienced, note there is 6 items on the plate served to me at a local cafeteria style eatery with food on display pre-cooked ordered by tour guide.
When we met guide we received our only included local drink 2 x UNICOM 40ml sample bottle to share! The guide left us to eat while she went to purchase dessert…a local candy bar in wrapper.
Unbelievable!!!! Such a rip off.

Not value for money - Very disappointed .. whilst guide was lovely and informative, they changed the start time and meeting point 3 times, then was 45 mins late and the tour only lasted 1.5 hours not 2. In addition we only went to one restaurant for sausage and mash .. not the 6-10 award winning food tasting experience advertised. We have asked for part refund and been refused. Do not book
