An adventure you should have! - The tour in the cave with our guide Lottie was amazing. It was quite an adventure and not one that I expected to have in a major city. There were a lot of interesting fossils, formations, and other histories he told us on the tour. This was one of my favorite things I did here and I cannot recommend it enough.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience - Throughly enjoyed this activity, the guide was very knowledgable and experienced but also fun and happy. He gave us options on easier and harder routes too. Would recommend shoes you don't mind ruining, you get very very dusty! I also would recommend doing the thermal spa the next day, instead of before🤣

Very beautiful, exciting and even educational experience - I had a blast down there, although it can be very adventurous I felt safe throughout and had a lot of fun and overall a great experience. Horseshoe crabs are no trilobites - maybe they are related to sea scorpions 😔 still they are a very old species - similar animals are around since the ordovicium. 💯

Yes, it’s worth it! No regrets. - Do you love caves? Tight spaces don’t bother you? Then this is the break you need from recorded tours and sightseeing!!! Crawling around is just what I needed.

Do it! - Had an incredible time on this tour! Me and my siblings went together it was our favourite thing we did in Budapest. The guide was so funny and entertaining, he kept us laughing through the panic and adrenaline of the caves. I would recommend this to anyone interested. We slid, crawled, wiggled, sang made friends with the group and learned a lot in the caves.

Lots of fun! - This was the highlight of our Budapest trip! we only had a small group (4 people) which worked in our favour as it meant we got to go through more of the cave and had less waiting around. We were all a bit nervous of the small spaces at the start but were soon reassured by our guide. There are definitely lots of tight squeezes so not for anyone even remotely claustrophobic but the guides are super helpful with demonstrating how to get through the spaces. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a bit of excitement.

Crazy Fun! - We really didn’t know what to expect, but all of the reviews were good, so we decided to give it a try. We are so glad that we did! Yes, it was scary at times, but Lazlo was so wonderful about explaining ahead of time what to expect. There were some tight spaces, a couple of mini panic attacks, and lots and lots of smiling. Take your phone. You’ll be amazed at some of the spaces you go through. And you’ll want the proof! BOOK THIS EXPERIENCE!

Unique experience in Budapest - Unique experience to see the "other" side of Budapest. Guide was very accommodating of our group, including one member with claustrophobia. There are often several routes to advance to the next space, so the more adventurous can go one way and others have a different option. It is very warm in the cave compared to outside during the winter, so a Tshirt is fine as thick coveralls are provided. At one point we sat in a large room in the cave and turned off all our headlamps and kept silent for a while - very cool experience with no light or sound. Highly recommended for families.
