Freedom to explore - Great to combine multiple castles and towns into a single trip. Was high season so was super busy but the tour guide held our spot in the queue and allowed us to explore on our own. Generally there was a lot of independence and enough time at each location to learn, discover and chill

Amazing tour - I absolutely loved the tour, especially with Adrian as the tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and can tell the history of Romania in a fun manner. Visiting Brasov and the castles was a nice addition to my trip to Bucharest and I would recommend this to anyone!

Very Engaging Tour Guide - Great trip, great guide and driver. Definitely recommend. Although be prepared to not be back in Bucharest until as late as 2200hrs.

One day in Dracula casale and more - Schedule time too nsrrow, based on traffico jam to Bucharest.
But was interesting two different castle, and the stories around them.
Boring the traffic but this do not depend on organizer.

A great day trip - We really enjoyed this express tour of Transylvania. The bus had AC, which was pleasant during a hot day. The guide made the effort to explain some things/ give a few facts while on the bus, he was also very nice. He always checked if people were missing in between different trips and he made sure everyone was having a good time. Since the tour offers three visits in one day, we can’t spend a lot of time at each place but it was enough. He was really well organised. This tour is suitable for anyone of any age (children and families were in the bus…) 10/10 recommend

Transylvania was beautiful! - The trip was great, and our guide was knowledgeable about the different stops and funny. Transylvania was absolutely gorgeous and I got a lot of pictures.
Reminder that the admission tickets prices aren't included in the cost, and a heads up the the tour guide will ask for 50 lei on the bus on the way up to pay for the ticket to Pele's castle. This was emailed to us a day or two before the trip and many people on the bus missed this detail. Make sure you're back on time for the bus. A few people were left behind, there's 0 grace period for being late.
Very happy I decided to do this tour and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Romania.

A very bad tourist guide - Although Dracula Castle is not really worth it, the visits to Peles and Brasov are very beautiful. I took the excursion that Get your guide offered and the guide that touched us made the experience very unpleasant, was in a bad mood, spoke in a very low voice and had fun scolding, did not give explanations of the places we traveled and even had to ask her to provide us with the hearing aids because she never offered them. The transport used is extremely uncomfortable, the seats are very narrow and the sound of the hearing aids is poor. In favor of the company I must say that the attention by chat and email was efficient and friendly. It is a pity that they do not have greater control over the staff they hire as guides because a significant part of the enjoyment of the excursion lies with them. I suggest you look for another company if you wish to make the excursion.

Avoid if you can! - They changed the scheduled itinerary and we only got to know when we were in the bus. We contacted Viator asking if we could end our trip in Brasov and we were told there would be no inconvenience. With the change of plans, we had to take an extra bus to get to our final destination. Plus, the guide told us that his company was not the one to blame, and his manners were not good. Avoid!!
