Definitely worth the money! - We did another tour on another day and loved that this one was more direct and had less ‘tour guide speaking’. This is more of a transfer then a tour which is exactly what we were after. It’s a great value for money and the mine itself was really breathtaking! Definitely Recommend to anyone considering it

Worth the Experience - Group of 19 people. Driver was already waiting for the people in front of the Hotel. Two hour drive to the Salt Mines, with 30 minutes stop in a gas station with a Luca Store. The driver, that identified himself as driver not guide, was really helpful and spoke english. We left on time. Arrived at 10:30. The mine is worth it. We left at 13:00. Around the mine and inside there are places to eat. We arrived to the city around 15h, since the group chose not to stop in the gas station.

A top tour - Be aware of the traffic on the way to and from Bucharest. The experience itself (the salt mine) was AWESOME - very enjoyable.

Great experience - Really cool experience, different to other trips. Surreal underground wonderland with cafe, activities for kids, lots of space to walk around.

Beautiful place. - This was beautiful. Inside the mine there were places to sit, things for kids to play on, a spot to get a coffee, and some history posters. The only thing to keep in mind is it can take 30 minutes or more to exit the mine waiting for the ride back to the top so plan ahead.

Worth visiting - Well worth a visit whilst visiting Bucharest and the surrounding area. Definitely was a lot bigger than I imagined when we got down to the mine. Reasonably priced entry and big enough not to feel too crowded. Good for all ages groups.

Kilometers into a mountain mine you are staggered by the enormaty of it all. Interesting how many ways they can use it. - VERY spectacular salt mine, unbelievable actually. Mind blowing, wasn't prepared for what we saw. Wish there was some commentary inside by a guide.

No tour. Just transportation and entrance tickets. - The tour operator did not contact or confirm me regarding the meeting point or time until I took the initiative to check with them. I texted the tour operator via Viator messages many times few days before the tour but not a single response at all. Feel nervous about it. Especially the meeting point was updated and was different from the one stated on the event page. On the event day, no tour was given even though the page said it included an English tour. You will have transportation and entrance tickets in the price only. The driver’s attitude is okay but a bit blunt. Did not feel super welcome.
