Pick up our guests in the early morning at 9:00 am, though they may request a different time. This is our recommendation to make the most of the day. The first stop will be in Bucharest at the National Village Museum, an open-air museum featuring authentic settlements from old Romanian villages. You will have a written guide available in English, Italian, or Spanish. For English speakers, our guide will provide detailed information about the museum. The museum visit will take approximately 1 hour. After this, we will head to the Salt Mine, which is a 2-hour drive from Bucharest. The Salt Mine offers a micro-climate with natural air-conditioning. There are many facilities for children and a good restaurant either in the Salt Mine or nearby. After an optional lunch, we will return to Bucharest.
