- A horrible agency.
Polite, tough guides. I booked a tour in Spanish and they put me in one in English.
The rude guide didn't help fix the problem. A humiliating, authoritarian and lying employee tone. If I'd had a modicum of empathy, I would have solved the problem.
If you can choose another agency for the same tour do so.
I hope someone treats this guide the same way when she's out.
