When we finish boiling we will add cheese, natural cheese from Transilvania. Trust me, It has a very very good taste. Second dish is PAPANASI and it is one of my favourite sweet dish. We must to put eggs, sweet cheese, cream, flour, cinnamon. All ingredients will be mixed, stinged then ready to fry them in fresh oil. When it is ready we will add strawberry or blueberry jam and more cream for a wonderful taste. Is great taste, PAPANASI is a famous dish in Romania. Now our cooking class is finished and you are invited to eat both dishes and I will add you a portion of SARMALE portion with polenta. Sarmale is a mixed meat with onion, rice, tomato wrapped is cabbage. Yummy…

A Must Do 👌 - We had such an amazing experience cooking with fresh foods and recreating traditional dishes. The food was delicious. Along with being warm, welcoming and friendly the hosts demonstrated consideration when accomodating allergies. They went above and beyond to guide us and to provide us with local and historical information. Communication and customer service from the hosts was excellent. We would recommend this experience.

Wonderful Time - I had a wonderful time trying different Romanian foods. Very welcoming and friendly people and nice conversation. I felt like they were family or friends that I have known for a long time. It was nice to have something quiet and relaxing after being with so many tourists at Bran Castle. I highly recommend this class it was one of my favorite activities of my vacation

a unique experience - we came to a local market, met a farmer who comes once a week to cook for the locals , it was food that we never eaten before. we learn how to make traditional food. we also made it ourself and then set to eat. our wonderful hosts answer every question (and we had a lot) gave us special local drink and some tasty bread .it was a unique experience from all the regular tourist things you do in bucharest , and we rcomended to everyone.
