fascinating building an an excellent tour - excellent tour with an informative guide who has a real interest in looking after his clients - a tour of the building is a must for any first time visitor - our guide was excellent and a clear communicator before and during the tour - i would definitely recommend the tour to friends We went at the weekend when the building was quiet - don't what a weekday would have been like

A glimpse into this outstanding building - Very impressive. We had a chance to see this outstanding building. The seats of the senat, the marble floor and columns were all very impressive.

Golden wedding anniversary treat. - Brilliant palace, the lady was so knowledgeable and very helpful. We were not rushed and allowed to take as many pictures as we wanted during and after. The only downside was I was charged twice for 4 persons. The first payment online said failed, the second was successful but on getting my bank statement I have £84.88p taken twice. So please just make sure youcheck unfortunately I don't have on line banking. Ut it is worth every penny.

The megalomania of communism. - Incredibly lavish building in the middle of Bucharest, would have been desirable to see a little more on the guided tour but absolutely worth a visit.

Operator is just fine - The place is fabulous and people nice, but they offer very less compared to what it was a few years back. They just let us see 2 halls and 3 conference rooms in level zero, not even the balcony that offers such an unique view. Maybe this has nothing to do with you, but good to know. Thank you

Booking was cancelled by Viator last minute. - This was cancelled last night before stating ‘We're sorry, but CT&T, Romania has canceled your booking’. We were only in Bucharest for the weekend but luckily we went along to the parliament building anyways to have a look and managed to book onto a tour there in person.

Do not recommend! Did not get a refund! Done with tripadvisor too! - Never got to go! I was abandoned when I went to the wrong entrance due to poor directions. Never got a refund! Worst experience ever. They didn’t offer an alternative, just left me to rot when I asked for help.

Paid ticket with Tripadvisor, but this was not accepted on site and we had to pay again at the entrance. - Worth a visit, but do not use TripAdvisor as the site does not approve/accept this one, you will be asked to pay on site.

Terrible Experience and No Support - This was a terrible experience! Trip Advisor did nothing to help or support. The quality of experiences is deteriorating and this particular tour company was quick to take your money, slow to deliver. They changed the time arbitrarily and then failed to respond when I was directed to a different entrance. They responded much later and said, “we sent an email.” Please rethink taking this tour and book directly. Trip Advisor is not what it used to be.
