Lively Bucharest tour w/ Victor - My tour was led by Victor, who was very enthusiastic and charming during the whole experience. He gave me a (solo) private tour via car, but also with some walking for certain sites along Victorei road (ie Athenaeum, Senate building, Revolution Square) and again at the Parliament building (People's House) along other walkable sites. Overall, his animated and personable approach to leading the tour brings Bucuresti to life in a memorable way. This was one of the last things I did on the evening before leaving the city and am so glad I did. Would do it again in a heartbeat.
