• National Museum of Art of Romania (Muzeul Nakional de Arta al Romaniei) - An exterior visit to the former Royal Palace will provide insight into its historical significance.
• Cismigiu Parc - Our tour continues through the Cișmigiu Gardens, designed by a French landscape architect.
• Bucharest City Hall - The Romanian architectural style of the 1920s is one of the most impressive styles, visible in various parts of Bucharest.
• Patriarhia Română - Our next stop is the Romanian Patriarchal Church, which we will visit if possible.
• Palatul Patriarhiei - The former Parliament building from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, designed in French style, now belongs to the Patriarchy. We will visit the Palace of the former Parliament (closed during church and bank holidays).
• Muzeul National Tehnic Profesor Inginer Dimitrie Leonida - In the early 20th century, Charles I of Romania developed this area with a park, a technical museum, and a railway station to increase its popularity. The technical museum is particularly interesting to visit.
• Biserica luterana Evangelical church Bucharest - The Lutheran Church of Bucharest, the center of the German community in the city, has a fascinating history. Its school still exists, though it was relocated during the communist era.
• Triumph Arch (Arcul de Triumf) - Our tour will also include a visit to the Triumph Arch of Bucharest.
• Palace of Parliament - We will stop for photos at the Parliament and learn about its history.
• Bucharest - Spending 1 or 2 hours in the historic center of Bucharest will give us a good overview of its charm.
