Must do - We visited the chocolate museum with my spouse. The history of cocoa is very well explained and the principle of audio guides is super simple. There are also activities at different times for children. The chocolate tasting is pleasant and the taste is really delicious. Then the demonstration is very interesting and inclusive. I recommend this activity which I think is a must in Brussels

Chocolate Museum - The audio guide provides additional information alongside the various artifacts which trace the history of chocolate across the world as well as in Belgium. There are so many artifacts and so much history to explore up to the present day. I found it interesting they included molds they use for chocolate for various occasions as well. There are also small samples you can choose to grab at the start and towards the end of the tour. I thought they might be given to people as they walked in or out, but they were in dispenser, which I found unsanitary so I did not grab any. I would have liked to have seen the demonstration, it's an area near the end, but there are specified times and I had a schedule so unfortunately I missed it. This was an interesting museum to visit and I would recommend to any chocolate lovers.

Small but interesting museum - Our Brussels trip ended on the sweetest note at Choco-Story. We had fun with the kids’ interactive games and listened to stories about chocolate’s long journey — from royal hot chocolate to praline-making. Tasting different percentages of chocolate was delicious. It's so impressive to see the chocolatier demonstrate the praline, and also we had a great end of the tour by having a tasty praline!

Nice experience - Nice experience and tells of how old its cultivation and use as chocolate is., particular to discover also that once they used special ladles to create a nice tasty foam and how there were special cups to avoid getting your whiskers dirty. It is also nice to taste the various types of chocolate and with a quick demonstration of how to make stuffed pralines and to be able to taste them at the end of the visit. A good place to spend just over an hour, recommended.

Not the most exciting museum - It's an okay experience for the price. However, the exhibitions seem half-hearted and need to be dusted off. Infolyd boards sometimes did not match what was shown. The staff at the entrance did not seem accommodating and they had to be called to become police officers.

Choco, shocking!! - Museum completely disappointing unlike the old! Perhaps larger but less qualitative. Less tasting (where is the chocolate fountain and biscuits speculoos?) Less dark chocolate for tasting... The models freaked me out and because of that, I couldn't even sleep in my 5-star hotel. Look at the pictures I shared, the Peruvian freaks out of mdrrr. Wesh, besides, at first they allow themselves to put "chocolate welcome tasting", mdr, there was nothing. The owner starts to make two museums face to face between them... and offer rates, go ahead, let go. 25 euros for the two museums, that's an egg. Eat this two-fifths of the families, love the money, forget the essentials, buddy.

- Audio tour was not well done…many audios didn’t match the items you were looking at or were too long winded to stay and listen in a tiny space. The mannequins and fake trees were super old and dusty. The actual chocolate making demonstration was so crowded and to wait for the next one would have been a long wait. Demos should be ongoing. Would not recommend and this is the first time we didn’t love a trip advisor recommendation.

- DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Honestly the worst museum I’ve ever been to. The little hand held voice thing barely works. The video they play is pathetic ! The chocolate demo just finished and it was a 35 min wait till the next one. The demonstrator just completely ignored us. They give you three plain options to taste the chocolate and honestly was horrible cheap and tastes old . What a waste of money ! Borderline scam business !
