Perfect tour of Brugges! - Our Brugges day trip was awesome!! We had a much smaller contingent of English speaking people than the large contingent of Spanish speakers, so a much smaller group had an English speaking tour guide for a small group of us (12). We met some wonderful Italian women who became good friends for life on that tour. Well worth the money for an unforgettable tour of a wonderful place.

Great tour overall. Our... - Great tour overall. Our guide was very helpful and Brugge is a beautiful city. Lots of walking involved but a ton of fun. Great for people who don’t want to try and cram both Brugge and Ghent into a single day.

Highly Recommend! - Our guide, Peter, was terrific! Energetic and fun - he knew his information and was so patient with our group on a local holiday. I highly recommend the tour; I was solo this time but it didn’t matter at all, everyone was friendly and we had just the right balance of group time and then time to ourselves to explore. Wonderful guide, wonderful day!!

Left behind - Travel accommodations and guide were very good. Medical emergency landed me in the hospital mid-day. Disconcerting that there was no communication from the tour operator when two participants failed to show for the return bus trip.

Bruges was great but the tour was not. I would not recommend to anyone that has any type of issue - Bruges is an amazing city, so beautiful. We booked this tour because the meeting place was right outside of our hotel, made it extremely convenient. We met there and were told there were only 12 people in our tour but we would be sharing the bus with a Spanish speaking tour. My husband uses a cane, he has walking and breathing issues and I was suffering from an unforeseen issue with walking as well, which was why we wanted to leave from the hotel. The tour guide was great, very informative. It was cold and wet because it had rained. We had to walk down the hill for several blocks to the bus, because of our issues we were the last one to the bus and were not able to sit together because the bus was full. The Spanish speaking tour guide talked a very long time and we had no idea what she was saying, very annoying. We finally got to our destination and, yes, the first part of the tour was a walking tour. Again, the guide was very informative. He talked very fast and at times was difficult to understand. We would walk a short distance on cobblestones then stop for his talk which was good but very long. My husband and I were suffering with cold and pain so eventually we left the group and told them we would see them back at the bus. We had a very enjoyable time and got back to the bus early. When we boarded the bus we sat together but were forced to move because the tour guide said he told us we would have the same seats as before which we did not hear so we moved and didn’t sit together on the trip back. He was more concerned with everyone getting the same seats than accommodating us in any way. The only concern we heard was that the guide would walk slow because of our issues but he did not. I understand that we were not the only ones on the tour but there were only 12 in our group so some recognition would have been nice. When we returned we were dropped off in an area that we were not familiar with and left on our own to return up the hill to our hotel, already having walking issues it was terrible trying to find our way back and the map on our phone La we’re not working
