Two in a day adventure - Diego did an amazing job and the tours were fantastic and well orchestrated. I only wish we had more time in each place or prefer to do one location per day. Overall worth the experience and glad we did it.

Excellent tour - It was a brilliant trip the guides were excellent. Bruges was a lovely place and so friendly. Ghent was more modern than Bruges but was very nice. Would highly recommend this tour.

Tourists from Uzbekistan - Very nice tour with a friendly tour guide George. First visited Brugge and then Ghent. The weather was relatively favorable, food is nice (waffles are must have tries, there lots of restorants serving them in Brugge). Tour is in English, easy to follow, as there are radios given to each tourist. There is time for listening the guide and also for self exploration of the cities.

A wonderful day getaway to Bruges and Ghent - We really appreciated our guide (Antonio) who was very friendly, super positive, and made the day and visits to each site (Bruges and Ghent) interesting and enjoyable. Both places were quite unique and different from each other, and had interesting sites to visit in each location. Bruges is incredibly charming and appears out of a movie set. Ghent was more of a 'real' town but also had some beautiful sites including the towers and church, as well as canals. Antonio provided all the information we needed at each location and his English is very good and he understood how to interact with our group. He happily answered all of our questions and made sure that everyone was able to hear and understand the information that he shared with us about the various sites. The next time we come back to Brussels and whenever we do a tour once again, we will make sure to seek out Antonio.

Beautiful place, but the tour is very busy - The cities are beautiful and I knew it would be short of time to see both. But I found that the time especially in Bruges was very short. I also think they should reverse, make Ghent first. At the Bruges stop there are bathrooms (paid) but in Ghent I had no choice, I had to disperse myself from the group to look for a bathroom myself (I am pregnant) and found the group later. It should be better thought of that, buses need to stop in places with minimal structure.

Unable to adapt to bad circumstances - I'm giving it 3 stars since they did nothing wrong according to the service they offer but since the grève I couldn't make it in time. Tram was showing to be delayed a bit and afterwards the screen said that tram won't work today. I was expecting a better customer oriented approach to the situation, since it's out of my hands. I asked for a refund and they told me they couldn't get me one. I understand it but I would atleast expect them to give me another ticket for the other day, they did refuse. Again, they did nothing out of the book and they abide no rules, it's my own bad luck but I would've expected more understanding approach.
