Amazing trip - We met our tour guide in a very easy to find location. They constantly checked our groups names at different stages of the tour to make sure we weren’t missing anyone! Our tour guide was called Pablo who was very informative, humorous and attentive. He spoke both English and Spanish very well. Upon arriving in Amsterdam, we were surprised with a boat trip on the canals which was lovely and lasted one hour. This included Pablo speaking to us in both languages so that all could understand. We learnt lots of new things and had lots of recommendations on what to do in our 3 hours of free time in the city. Lots of history was explained to us as well as what the city is like now and why it is the way it is. Overall very good experience!

Trip to Brussels, Amsterdam, and the staff from Viator were excellent. - We had a great time on our trip and the support from Viator employees was excellent. We had our small grandchildren with us and the Viator people were excellent.

Great day trip. - Walling thru lively Amsterdam and boat ride.
Guide person needs to improve. Need to tell where we are an going on the way.
Cannot make seniors to go without a bathroom break
Why can't you keep bathroom on the coach operational!

Great trip, but improvement needed. -
I recently took a day trip from Brussels to Amsterdam, and overall, it was a great experience. The journey was well-organized, and the guide was knowledgeable and friendly. However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made.
Firstly, the traffic was quite heavy, which made the trip longer than expected. While this is somewhat out of the tour operator’s control, it would have been helpful to have more information about potential delays.
Secondly, the tour did not include some of the main landmarks in Amsterdam, which was a bit disappointing. I was hoping to see more of the iconic sights.
Lastly, the policy of no eating on the bus should be clearly stated before booking, especially for parents travelling with children. It was challenging to manage with the long traffic jams and no snacks allowed on board.
Despite these issues, the trip was enjoyable, and I would recommend it with the hope that these points are addressed in the future.

Not good - Not organized well tour, no guide on the bus to Amsterdam, no guide in Amsterdam, just on the boat. Lot of Spanish people on the tour, guide didn’t speak well in English. Very bad traffic on way back to Brussels.

Save a day of your vacation - Too much to be done in a day. it was touch and go. The guide in the bus didn't speak English, and was busy on her phone and with her book. The guide in Amsterdam didn't have enough information to share. Felt we kept walking around the city around nothing significant, missing on important landmarks. Wasted a day and went and saw Chinatown in Amsterdam. could have done this in my hometown, saving my $$ and time.
