Great exoerience - Great value and our guide Julian was extremely informative throughout the entire trip. The canal cruise was the highlight as Julian pointed out many of the attractions as we cruised along. This meant we could select those we wished to visit in our own time. Excellent!

Great experience - This was a great experience. Our guide, Antonio, made commendable efforts to translate between English and Spanish. While it occasionally felt like he spoke more in Spanish during the historical commentary about Brussels and Belgium as we departed the city, this didn’t result in any missed information. Antonio was very funny and engaging throughout the journey to Amsterdam and back to Brussels. The canal ride was delightful and probably my favorite part. I wished we had more time in Amsterdam, but I understand the long drive limited us to three hours. All in all, it was really good value for money, and I’d definitely do it again.

No earphones! - Our guides were excellent as long as we were in the bus because we can hear them clearly. But upon reaching Amsterdam, there were no remote earphones so we cannot hear our guide with the noise of the crowds and traffic.

Good tour experience - Was a really great tour!! Learnt a lot about Amsterdam and their culture. Tour guide was really friendly and informative and overall good. Only comment is on the river cruise as it was raining and the windows don't open fully hence not getting great photographs. But other than that it was a good tour

There could be traffic... - There could be traffic but the driver and tour guide ensured the schedule is not delayed. The canal tour by boat is alright although it could get busy too. Overall the tour is good.

Lovely day outing - This was a day trip I had really been looking forward to. The boat trip through the canals was beautiful and very informative. Perhaps giving people ideas of things to see during the hours of free time would be beneficial, otherwise a lovely day out.

Amsterdam from Brussels day trip - They were punctual and the boat trip was great.
The bus was comfortable and affordable considering the distance from Brussels to Amsterdam.
However it was not easy to find the starting point also it would be nice to have a number we can contact that actually works during the trip. May be having the tour guides number would help in case one miss there way.

Adventurous solo trip to Amsterdam - The convenience of a day trip from Brussels was great, but being dropped off in different, unfamiliar places and being expected to find your way back was a bit unsettling. Great canal tour — weather was unfortunate with lots of rain, so photos were difficult.

Trip not worth it - It isn’t worth it. Takes too long to get there and back which leaves very little time to see anything. We weren’t informed that museums need to be booked ahead of time so in effect we travelled there and saw nothing but street scenes. Canal trip was worthless. The so called English speaking guide really spoke poor English. His voice didnt project so in a group of 50 plus people you could not hear him. Also we were unaware it was a bilingual trip so half of what he did was in a different language. By the time he spoke about something in English the boat was passed it. Also very little history was given. We got a better experience from our taxi driver.

Avoid this tour. It sucks. - Avoid this tour. The canal cruise is useless. The guide cannot speak loudly enough over the street noise. The free time is very limited and the bus is very uncomfortable. It's billed as an English tour, but you join up with a Spanish group is everything is bilingual. Regardless of what language you speak, you only get a very brief introduction to anything as the time is split between the two. Do the trip to Brugge instead and if you want to go to amsterdam, just take a train there for a day or two.
