Top Man - Raphael was brilliant born in Brugge with excellent recommendations for many things. His English is perfect, a great way to start our visit.

Family celebrations - Great food.Great service from a lovely polite waitress who’s name was Ellie.Very efficient.Would definitely recommend it.

Entertaining and interesting. - Tour guide was entertaining. Her stories were engaging and kept us interested. There were some last minute scheduling changes, but all worked out in the end.

Great Walking Tour...But No Boat Tour - This was a very informative tour but the description was very misleading. I would give it a 5 star if it had not been misrepresented. We only got the walking tour...there was no boat tour which is disappointing as this was one of the only tours promoted on this date that included a boat tour. I recognize that the weather may have been the issue (it was on the 30's all day) but the tour was more expensive than other walking tours which means we paid more for less. That aside, the guide we had was great...he gave us a lot of information about Brugges and was patient with our questions

Great guide but short boat ride. - Our tour guide was fantastic but the boat ride was only 32 minutes. Our guide had difficulty adapting to my limited mobility (request for a stop from time to time). He had a schedule and wanted to stay on it. But very nice and professional.

Poor communication - I will start with the positives. Our guide for the city of Bruges was excellent. He gave us a very enjoyable two hours and lots of ideas to explore later. That part of our journey was an absolute five stars. The issue is with the operator of the tour called YO. They contacted us 90 minutes before our tour to tell us if they were postponing our tour by two hours. They asked us to do the boat trip first on our own and then we would be contacted where to go later. The 30 minute boat trip that was advertised is one hour was pleasant, but we could not understand the operator the boat very well, so that was a bit of a disappointment, thankfully when we did our tour, a lot of what was highlighted helped fill in the gaps for us. we finished the 30 minute boat ride and were told to meet the tour guide an hour later. We met him and our surprise. It was supposed to be a private tour and I included another couple on our journey. We don’t necessarily mind being with another group of people , but we have paid a premium for a private customizable tour where we felt we couldn’t make any changes to the itinerary. At this point, I have contacted Viator to let them know about the issue and as of this review, I’m still waiting on a resolution. I want to say again the tour guide was excellent , and he explained to me as part of a group of tour guides that are contract and don’t work for any particular operator, which is common and a lot of cities we visit. My wife and I have done several of these types of tours in the past, and this is the first time we’ve had this bad experience that threw off our entire agenda for the day as what was supposed to have been Midday turned into a late afternoon tour and pushback. A lot of things we wanted to do the following day.

Unreliable TOURS … left waiting in rain 45mins NO SHOW or contact - We waited at designated meeting point for 45mins in rain & cold winds & nobody showed. No phone call text or email. I telephone the number & it was in INDIA but 24hrs later I have had NO CONTACT IR REPLY to my messages This is the second time with Tripadvisor Tour I have been left stranded. Honestly I dont think you check your Tours properly & leave single women just hanging around. THIS IS DISGUSTING 👎🏻🥲
