Great Walk - Louis was a great guide who really loves his community (the town of Bruges). He was full of good stories, and wonderful information. He also had great recommendations for where to eat and drink.

Off the beaten track in a quiet evening tour - Louis was terrific... Very knowledgeable and entertaining. We saw a lot of places off the main tourist track, seeing places where regular people live, and learning the history of the town... Including a small house where his great grandfather lived with about 15 children. Bruges after dark is quite different, without the massive crowds, and a relaxing place indeed. Strongly recommend.

Before you do anything else in Brugge, do this walking tour - as it gives you a great sense of direction, and really sets up your Brugge trip for you with the historical facts, and local gossip that form the city.

Amazing tour with an incredible tour guide (Martin) - We had the guide Martin and he was absolutely amazing!! He talked as if he cam from the past, he made the issues of back then sound so personal. It really was as if you were listening to a time traveller that came to current times Bruges to tell you about what it was like then. He was playful and really made personal contact with everyone in the group. Me and my friend were incredibly tired by the time we had to start the tour yet Martin still managed to get us excited almost from the beginning of the tour. He really did such an awesome job!! Definitely a recommendation to do this tour if you're visiting Bruges. It makes walking trough the cities afterwards much more interesting because you know why the houses look like they do. Really an awesome tour!!
