Exhibits on Chocolate - We had fun looking at the exhibits here, all about chaocolate, which is so important in this city. And we enjoyed some chocolate treats here as well. Nice to support a place devoted to one of the reasons why we love to visit Belgium, the great chocolates.

I work in museums so expect a lot of fun and value. Loads for kids but also adults to explore and see There is a game feature in each room along with learning all about chocolate Highly recommend and can't wait to go back

Worth a visit if you like chocolate - It's an interesting place to spend an hour or two. It's a self-guided tour over a few floors. The free tasting and demonstration were appreciated and it was interesting to see how modern equipment has revolutionised the trade.

Interesting experience, book in advance recommended - Also on our visit day it was pretty well attended. Luckily we had booked in advance. Sometimes it was also very crowded in the rooms. That's what you should be prepared for. Overall, it is very interesting to learn everything about the history, origin and production of chocolate. Maybe it's a few stops too much with the audio guide, but that's a matter of taste. With children you should definitely get the children's guide.

Nice but too busy - Nice museum to go to when you are in Bruges! We found the beautiful museum but unfortunately too busy. Because of the crowds some things can not follow properly

Interest-free - Far too expensive for what it is. Poor reconstruction of the history of chocolate with elements whose veracity can be doubted (an "aztec" bowl with engraved Mexico?). In addition, the visit drifts on uninteresting things that have more or less to do with the history of chocolate, not to mention the many repetitions of some information. But the worst part is the end poster explaining the “benefits” of chocolate? No medical truth... it is distressing and shameful! The tasting at the end of the tour catches up with the price (even if not at all profitable). I advise against!!

Lost time - Very long the sample and there was no demonstration. They rescheduled it for an hour later. The tour takes an hour and a half. We wasted half a day on something that wasn't worth it.

Not worth the money - Several things didn't work, not worth the money. Report it to the staff, didn't even offer to give us a refund.

Very disappointed - Very disappointed for the price, it is not worth it. Not great at all. I expected something a little more spectacular not even tasting, simple chocolate puck, top audio guide, not at all very blurry

Awful rude lady on reception & a waste of time/money! - The rudest member of staff I have ever encountered!!! Family of 4 - 2 adults, 1 toddler & 1 baby. They won’t allow you to take the pram in which is fine but they also won’t allow you to take your bag in so we have to leave all the baby stuff at the entrance where everyone walks past. It was a waste of $52 for a boring walk round & incredibly rude staff with no customer service skills. Don’t bother visiting as it’s a waste of time.
