Our tour guide, JK, was... - Our tour guide, JK, was amazing. Super knowledgeable, answered any questions we had. Passionate about the history of Bruges! Would recommend him and this tour to anyone.

Informative tour of Brugge's best bits - A great way to see lots of the city and learn lots of interesting history. Maria was a brilliant guide - she was passionate and energetic and helped make the experience so good. She was also aware of finding shady spots to stop on a hot day to look after everyone.
The boat tour is a good addition and you can do it any time after the tour on the same day - you get to see the city from a different level and the boat captains are entertaining.
The beer tasting is the same price as going straight into the museum, so you don't need to add it if you're not sure.

Bruges walking and boat tour. - Thank you to Helmet. So knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Boat trip was great and the skipper Alan did the whole tour guide in Flemish, French and English.

Dissatisfied with the local tour provider. - The meeting place is approximately half an hour from the cruise terminal. Getting a taxi was not easy as the cruise terminal was crowded. This caused us to be late for our tour. we contacted the Viator customer service number and they reached out to the tour provider who was supposed to call us so we could meet them but they never did. As a result, we missed our entire tour.
