Ghent and Bruges tour - The tour guide and bus driver were excellent. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. She recommended a great restaurant in Bruges for lunch. We had plenty of free time in Ghent and Bruges. The walking pace was manageable. I really enjoyed the optional canal cruise in Bruges.

A trip to remember! - This tour to Bruges and Ghent was an unforgettable experience! Our guide was amazing , very knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the history and culture of both cities. I learned so much and really appreciated the thoughtful commentary throughout the day. A big thank you also to our bus driver, who drove so smoothly and safely, I always felt secure and comfortable during the journey. The itinerary was well-organized, with plenty of time to explore both cities. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Belgium, it’s the perfect way to see two beautiful places in one day!

Great tour…. Well worth it! - Excellent. Left promptly (and don’t be late or they really will leave without you!), and our guide Bruno was excellent. Very knowledgable, and kind to all the guests. Jean-Jacques was a great driver too. And, unusually for this type of tour, they didn’t ask for a review to be posted! Really worth your money, and very sensibly paced.

Beautiful day - Very nice excursion that allowed us DE visit 2 wonderful cities. The only downside is that to see as many DE things as possible everything follows very quickly and the free time to settle down have coffee or eat are very short...

It was a combined trip... - It was a combined trip with Spanish and English. This meant we had to listen to a lot. The walking pace was very fast. Told the guide but she said she had time constraints. Instead of giving us free time at different areas of interest she gave us free time afterwards and that was difficult to go back to all the places. Seats in the bus were very tightly spaced. Guide was unfriendly-

Bruges and Ghent from Brussels tour - The trip was listed as an English speaking tour and half the time it was - but the other half was in French which meant the guide was doing the tour in both English and French, would have preferred an English tour as advertised. The guide was nice and bus ride there and back was comfortable. The restaurant that the tour guide recommended for lunch was surprisingly delicious - homemade mayonnaise (for the frites), paté and very good roast chicken. It was a large tour group so navigating through Ghent and Bruges was some what of a challenge.

The tour started... - The tour started promptly, with a knowledgeable guide. The cities were visually stunning. However, the tour felt somewhat rushed, with a disproportionate emphasis on the free time at the end. I found the dual language tour (English/Spanish) to be less enjoyable, and I would have preferred a solely English tour. The guide provided an overview of the key locations, with the expectation that we would revisit them during the free time. Unfortunately, by then, we had forgotten the historical significance of those spots. I’ve been to other tours in various European countries where the guides would provide detailed information about castles, churches, and other historical sites, accompanied by ample time to explore them. This approach allowed us to retain the historical context while also having the opportunity to see the sites.
