Insightful, warm and professional, Veronica is the real deal - Insightful, warm and professional, Veronica is the real deal I had the chance to follow Veronica during a guided tour in Ghent and Bruges, and she truly impressed me. Calm, clear, and deeply knowledgeable, she connects with her group in a natural and personal way. Her storytelling flows with heart and knowledge, without ever losing structure or depth. Even in chaotic moments, she kept the group engaged and entertained, that says it all. You feel she loves what she does, and she makes you love it too. If you get a chance to join a tour with Veronica, don’t hesitate. She’s a guide who leaves a lasting impression.

Great tour! - This was a well-organized day tour that offered a bilingual introduction (English and French) to the Low Countries, along with free time for personal exploration. Keeping the canal cruise in Bruges optional was a thoughtful choice, as some travelers may have already experienced similar cruises elsewhere in the Benelux region. For instance, we had taken a more extensive canal cruise in Amsterdam just a few days earlier. Instead, we used our free time in Bruges to explore the Grand-Place and the De Burg area. One highlight was visiting the Basilica of the Holy Blood, which houses the relic of the Precious Blood. Sitting in the Grand-Place, facing the medieval Belfort bell tower, brought back memories of relaxing in the Plaza Mayor in Cuzco, Peru—truly timeless moments.

Excellent - the views were amazing, we took lots of pictures. The only downside was the walking, the pavement is cobblestone, it's not easy to walk. Our guide was young man, very knowledgeable, but we had a hard time keeping up with him. We walked about 7 miles, my watch said 10.23 km. don't know how accurate it was. Bruge is an elegant city.

Very disappointing - Very disappointed. There was no communication or reminder from the tour operator before the tour—no confirmation, no contact info, nothing. We arrived a few minutes late due to unexpected construction and traffic, and the group had already left. Despite making extra efforts (including taking a train at our own expense to try and catch up), we received no support or flexibility. Poor customer service and zero accountability. Would not recommend.
