Broome City tour - start here - Heading out with Candy from Broome and Around for a Broome City tour was both a great way to start the day and the perfect way to begin to explore Broome. The blend of history, geography and humor made it a relaxed, informative experience whilst the cold towels, air conditioned bus and regular stops made it super comfortable. Certainly, being the Siesta Season (March/ April) the climate can present some challenges. These however were easily surpassed by Candy and her team and in fact clearly show that the Siesta Season is THE SEASON to visit ! Great stuff !

Great tour, great host - We had a great time, learn a lot about Broome’s history. The tour was more comprehensive than we thought. Richie was a great host who has a wealth of knowledge, the snacks and the cold towers for a very hot day were very much appreciated, so understanding, we were looked after well. Thank you Richie

Best way to overview Broome as a shore tour - When you only have limited time, you don’t want to depend on 50 seater shuttle buses to ferry 2000 ship’s passengers from the port to town and back. Sherree picked us up on time right at the gangway in a comfortable air-conditioned 20 seater bus for our tour, which lasted about two and a half hours. Sherree is a very passionate and highly knowledgeable guide. Gantheaume Point was a highlight with its Osprey & nest, dinosaur footprints and the indigenous artists’ rock palette. The tour was, indeed, a real “pearla”!

Feedback - An awesome informative tour & the guide Richie was very friendly. However the snacks were done a bit on the cheap ( small packets of shapes, cheezels & oreos ) A platter of meat, cheese & fresh fruit would have been more enjoyable.
