Heaven sent!!! - What a simply superb experience it is to visit the Maison Cailler chocolate factory. The tour is so well run and the staff super friendly. If you are in the region I would recommend it to any one. The tasting opportunity is like something of a dream. Go visit and see for yourself!

Excellent, during and after! - In addition to an always fun and pleasant family visit, I would like to congratulate all the staff for an impeccable customer service. Special appreciation for Mr. Damir and Mrs. Malungu who took care to return to me by mail a lost wallet during my visit!

Instructive - Visit informative and fun, with tasting at the key. I would no longer start with the too sweet and sickening white chocolate... A little expensive for the Award and crowded.

Chocolate Heaven! - Good overview of the history of chocolate and chocolate making in Switzerland. Didn't quite know what to expect but you reserve your time and they give you headphones in your preferred language and as a smallish group you walk through the tour. We went on the tour because our granddaughter loves chocolate (we do too) and this was the highlight of her trip to Switzerland. You get to see the process firsthand and sample some delicious chocolate. What's not to love!

Expecting more factory sightseeing - During the visit you pass through 8 rooms showing the history of Cailler hearing audio. Then you enter another big room hearing the staff working to produce cocoa and finally chocolate. We saw only one machine working. I wish I could see more from the real factory.

Nothing exceptional, no need to come to the area just for that - A double disappointment as this visit. First do not book through an alternative platform that offers me only a ticket for a specific day while arriving at the Cailler site to redeem your visit voucher, the check-outs offer Check-out slots every 15min. It took me to parliament to receive a decent schedule, because buses parade during the summer. Staff rail against "alternative" tickets not purchased on the official Cailler website while these sites give them additional visibility. We're not gonna lament Nestlé's rate of return. Second the experience is nice but nothing exceptional. It is more a trick for the pleasure of foreign tourists who marvel at nothing and Swiss Alpine imagery.
