Baby koala or bust! - Great day out with Rob and fellow travellers. The highlight was seeing a baby koala! We also saw 2 species of kangaroos, lots of cool birds and beautiful vistas. The swim was refreshing and needed to cool down. Rob was super pleasant.

A fantastic day out at North Stradbroke Island - A fantastic trip packed with wonderful sites! We had perfect weather and were lucky enough to have Agi as our guide. She was friendly, knowledgeable, accomodating and had an awesome music playlist for the ride to North Stradbroke Island! The trip was relaxed and we had a fantastic group of people on our tour. I highly recommend taking snacks but leave your lunch at home and try the incredible prawn rolls for lunch chased down with some lovely icecream. We saw an incredible array of wildlife including dolphins, sea turtles, kangaroos with baby joeys, a goanna, a sea eagle and 3 koalas! A highlight was a swim in the turquoise ocean at Cylinder Beach!! I highly recommend this tour and make sure you ask for Agi as your guide!! I’ve attached some photos! Enjoy!

Very convenient way to... - Very convenient way to see the highlights. Vehicles were comfortable though announcements didn't carry to back seats. Saw several kangaroos and 2 🐨. Guide, Aggie, friendly but could try speaking more slowly when talking in vans.

Plenty of wildlife, glorious weather, picturesque scenery and a fun guide. - It was a lovely day out with our guide, Aggi (not sure of spelling) and a kind bunch of people from various places around the world. The mini bus trip was good if a little tight for me with longer legs (angled them to the aisle). Aggi played 70s/80s/90s music which I found ideal being a teen from the 1980s. Aggi is very positive and easy to talk to and various people had chats with her throughout the trip. The ferry trip was nice and doesn't take too long. The first stop was Brown Lake and it is indeed brown. It was interesting to see but I wonder if it was worth a stop or not or at least not for very long. There wasn't too much to see. There was some history which Aggi had a print out of but it may have been nicer if we heard about it audibly instead. The next stop was the Gorge Walk and that was pretty cool. Some great views and pretty easy to walk along the long boardwalk which was in good condition. Some people spotted dophins and whales. I think I just took a photo of a dolphin but I had to zoom quite a bit to see it - remember to bring your binoculars! After the walk we had our lunch with a delicious King Prawn wrap (thanks for the tip, Aggi) which we got from the Prawn Shack which is down a street off the main road. From there we went to Cylinder beach and waded in the water. It is a beautiful beach. Some people swam in the water and others just wandered around. There is very little shade on the beach (unless you pinch someone else's marquee :-). Next we went onto an area which I think was called Amity Point to look for Koalas. It looked a bit grim at the start until Aggi found one up high in the tree. It was difficult to get a good photo other than of its back side. So Aggi took us to another spot which proved to be a lot more successful. I have included the photos for a couple of sitings of Koalas, one of a Mum and child which was pretty cute.

OK but underwhelming - This tour did technically deliver what it said it would do but was underwhelming. There wasn't enough content at each stop to fill the time really and it felt like a very slow day. The overall service was good, started and finished on time, good quality bus etc just too much time doing very little.
