Learn about Bridgetown from an historian! - This was an excellent walking tour of historic Bridgetown, Barbados. I wanted a professional guide who had knowledge of the city and would not sanitize its history. Claudette was that guide! She was friendly, informative, and an academic. She knew her stuff, and I trusted the information she imparted to our small group. She packed a lot into the tour, but she left room for questions and discussion as well. The pace was perfect. Definitely a highlight of my trip!

Bridgetown walking tour - Our guide, Claudette, was very knowledgeable about the social history of Barbados. We walked through Bridgetown as she explained the historical significance of many monuments and locations. She talked about many people and important dates but in a way that kept us engaged. She even brought two historic figures to life through passionate performances. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone with an interest in the social history of the Barbados.

In all an excellent tour well organised and expertly conducted - The walking tour was great, very informative and well organised, Claudette was very well versed in the local history, the start was delayed slightly by a heavy shower but Claudette led us to shelter and kept us updated on the local history.

Excellent tour - We had an outstanding tour experience with Claudette during our recent visit to Bridgetown. She is deeply knowledgable, thoughtful and very passionate about her subject - her profile of Ann Gill in particular gave a theatrical flavour to the end of our tour! If you are visiting Bridgetown and looking for an in-depth introduction to the city and the island more generally, don't hesitate to book a tour with Claudette. She will take you beneath the surface and educate you about this island's remarkable history.

Excellent walking tour - Fantastic guide, incredibly knowledgeable with interesting stories and great delivery! If I could make one suggestion is to have a place to sit down at one of the stops, maybe half way through the tour. But it's a minor thing and I highly recommend this tour!

Light Walking Tour of Bridgetown - A political history tour without going too far from the Parliament area. We were expecting to walk and see more places of interest and to visit a more varied sights of Bridgetown. It is an interesting political history lecture rather than a walking tour.
