Highly Recommended! - We did a Full Day Tour yesterday! It was wonderful! The gorge was gorgeous ha! The ebike rep was very patient and helpful when showing us how to use bikes. We were newbies. Ebikes are super easy to operate and there really wasn't too much traffic in the old gorge highway. The bikes were reliable and good shape and the battery kept almost a full charge for as far as we went on them. If you start early in am starting Oct, wear a windbreaker and light gloves. It was cold until sun came out. Highly recommended!

Must see! - The most amazing wonder we have ever seen! We were just in wonder of the spectacular views. People of all ages and abilities were here. Bring jackets and hats--get cold up there!

Amazing experience 10/10 - This wasn’t even on our original agenda and I’m so glad we did it, because it was the best part of our trip!! I took my 13 year old daughter and we visited 3 waterfalls, the bikes were so easy to use and it was the best way to experience all the scenery! My only regret is not doing it for a longer time frame!

Best way to see the water falls - We had so much fun riding the e-bikes back and forth to the falls. The bike makes the hills a breeze and you can pedal or use a lot of assistance, which ever you prefer. The bikes make the parking issue at the popular falls a non issue. 1/2 day was enough time to see all 7 falls and hike to the main view points. If you wanted to hike around more you should do a full day.

If you love outdoor activities do it! - Amazing way to experience the waterfalls and the scenery! My husband and I were lucky not to get any rain. We initially booked the 2hours trip but ended up extending for the whole day. Such a fun and unique day! The road isn’t dangerous to share with cars. Most drivers are careful and respectful. You also don’t need to be an experienced biker! The bike does almost all the pedaling for you 😂

Lots of fun! - So much fun! We felt very safe and the bikes allowed us to see much more than we would have in a car plus it was a lot of fun riding them. Great instructions too

Great time, concerned with some drivers. - We really enjoyed the bike ride. I had some concerns with sharing the road with the cars. Drivers were cautious, but there were a few who were not. The staff were excellent and very helpful. They made the experience nice.

Great Experience - The views and surroundings were beautiful. You share the road with vehicles most of the time, but the vehicles were respectful.

Waterfall Extravaganza - The ride was beautiful. The hike to Ponytail Falls near Horsetail Falls was amazing. The ride I signed up for mentioned a guide. There was no guide except a guy handing you a map when we picked up the bike. I had also called prior to the ride and they said they provided water. They didnt have any, so be prepared.

Sounded great but wound up disappointing - We were very much looking forward to this tour, but on our way from Portland to Bridal Veil we drove along the narrow, windy 2-lane road with no bike-lanes that we would later be biking. By the time the tour was supposed to start we had decided that we did not feel comfortable riding bikes on that road. The tour operator was sympathetic and assured us that we would receive a full refund. However, when no refund was forthcoming I contacted Viator directly and they replied that they were "not able to provide a refund at this time" with no further explanation.
