Banska stiavnica-lovely town - We decided to use the services of this company again, as we were very satisfied during our last visit to Bratislava. Our guide, Laura, was very kind and introduced us to the history of the beautiful mining town, Banská Štiavnica.

Amazing tour - It was great tour. Banska Stiavnica is an amazing small town in the middle of mountains. Our guide was great. I have to say that I have never seen the beautiful town like this. Guide showed us a local culture, local food and we spent a great day with great people. Highly recommend! Thank you

Poor experience... thank God the site was beautiful in snow. - So... I waited to be back home before writing this email. I feel that we were ripped off 400 euro for this trip. It was value for money at all. The eve of the tour, I received an email from coordinator asking me to change the day from Monday to Wednesday as she told me that the person doing the trip realised that most places will be closed. Although we had already booked a cruise meal for Wednesday evening (costing 120 euro not refunded), we decided to change the tour as we strongly wanted to visit this Unesco site. On the day of the tour, the person doing the tour arrived half an hour late. He also told us that he was sick and this was a sacrifice for him. Every site that we went was anyway closed. Not organised at all. He left us alone to go up the cavalry hill and to roam around the village on our own. At least he should be more prepared about the history of the area and not stop reading the information boards! I didn't put this complaint on TripAdvisor or on your site as I don't want to damage your company, however I feel that your agent needs to know what is happening. Would appreciate an answer to this email. Thanks Annabelle Abela
