Awesome bear watching experience. - Brilliant experience with Vlad being a fantastic guide. Lovely guy, great communication and very helpful. Very informative about the Bears and answered all questions. We saw 4 or 5 bears and 2 foxes.

Bear watching tour - Vlad is a great guide for watching bears. He knows everything about the behaviour of the bears. And it is nice to wait in the hut and watch and observe them. After some time you know more about every bear. Worth the trip!!

Remunerated experience - Good Guide who knew a lot about the life of the bears in Romania and how people deal with it. He gave a good explanation about feeding the bears. He also knew a lot about the area. He was friendly and interested.

Bear viewing near Brasov - We really enjoyed the visit to the bear viewing area. Our guide, Vlad, was excellent, he provided a great deal of information about the history of Romania and its people and culture during the drive to the point where we viewed the bears. The bears were very interesting and we learned a little about the bear population in Romania and the efforts to preserve and protect the bears. We enjoyed beautiful weather and the evening in the mountains was lovely. One negative point was the number of people in the hideout; there were probably too many and some of the children were bored and making noise.

Fabulous! - Our visit to the bear habitat was nothing short of spectacular! Within minutes three bears we near our hide. Abosuletly amazing. Overall 7 bears, 8 if you count the cub visited our site. What an experience! Thank you Vlad!

A special experience - An incredibly special experience! We are so pleased that we chose this instead of visiting a bear sanctuary; here food is laid out for the bears in the open without human contact, so that wild bears are not encouraged to contact with humans/human-inhabited areas. Here you can experience wild bears in close proximity in a safe environment. We got to see eight bears in total during our stay, and some at very close reach. Ravens and reefs also appeared as a small bonus. There were some exciting moments along the way where we got insight into the wild bear hierarchy (!) Vlad is an unusually good and incredibly nice guide! He could give us a lot of interesting and useful information about bears in general, and explain the interaction between the bears we observed. He gladly borrowed us a look and explained well along the way and on the way to the event. Will also give Vlad an extra big plus to book us in on very short notice! Highly recommended!

Great experience and very informative guide! - We had a great time on this tour. Our guide, Vlad, was very knowledgeable and kind. He picked us up and, on the way to the lookout (which from Brasov takes around one hour), shared a lot of information on the bears and their lives, as well as on Romania, its people, and culture. He was happy to answer all of our questions. In the lookout, we were lucky and even got to see a bear with her cub! You can observe the wildlife from a safe distance and take pictures (make sure your camera does not click, though, as this might be disturbing the silence and the bears might hear you and shy away). Ay the spot, Vlad and the ranger quietly provided us with more information on the bears we were seeing. Overall, a unique experience and a great guidance which we highly recommend!

Vert nice, we saw 5 bears - Very nice, we saw 5 different bears for more than an hour. Vlad (from eTours) is in contact with the ranger that take you to the hide out in the park. Vlad’s explanations on bears are very interesting.

Nice adventure in the forest - We could see 6 bears. It was a great experience. Vlad explained a lot of things about the bears. He has some really good ideas about what the bears were doing .
