Dades Gorges - Begin your adventure with an early morning pick-up from your hotel or riad in Marrakech, and travel across the High Atlas Mountains to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Ben Haddou. Explore the fortified Kasbah, a famous filming location for Hollywood classics like “Lawrence of Arabia.” Spend some time in the Kasbah before heading to Ouarzazate, known as the “Gate of the Sahara.” After a leisurely lunch, continue to Boumalne Dades via the Valley of the Roses. Arrive at your desert camp before nightfall, and enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner under the stars. Local nomads will entertain you and teach you how to play the tam tam drums.

Merzouga Desert - Journey through welcoming Berber villages to Rissani, the birthplace of the Alaouite dynasty – the current ruling royal family in Morocco. Upon arriving in Merzouga at the end of the day, you’ll be greeted with a glass of mint tea before checking into your riad. After a brief rest in Merzouga, embark on a camel adventure in the sand dunes. Spend the night in a well-equipped camp with drum music in the heart of the Sahara, climb high dunes to witness the sunset, and enjoy an overnight stay in the camp.

Day 3: Erg Chebbi - Marrakech

Marrakech - Rise early to witness the sunrise before breakfast (optional). Then, ride your camel back to the main road. Your driver will be ready to take you back to Marrakech. Stop halfway for lunch in Ouarzazate.
