Boumalne Dades - DAY 1: Journey from Marrakech to Boumalne Dades*

The adventure begins early as the group departs from Marrakech, venturing into the Atlas Mountains. The first stop is the Kasbah of Aït Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This historic kasbah is one of Morocco’s most renowned landmarks, celebrated for its remarkable architecture and breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

After exploring the kasbah, the journey continues to Ouarzazate, known as the “Gateway to the Sahara,” where lunch will be enjoyed at a local restaurant. Sampling traditional Moroccan tagine is highly recommended!

The drive proceeds through the beautiful Dades Valley, featuring charming villages and stunning mountain vistas. Arrival in Boumalne Dades, a delightful town nestled in the valley, will be followed by check-in at a local hotel or riad.

Guests can unwind, explore the town, or enjoy a walk along the Dades River. The views are particularly enchanting at sunset.

Merzouga Sahara - DAY 2: From Boumalne Dades to Merzouga Desert (approx. 4-5 hours)

The day begins with a visit to the magnificent Dades Gorges, a breathtaking canyon sculpted by the Dades River. The scenery is awe-inspiring, with towering rock formations and charming Berber villages.

Following the exploration of the gorges, the group will head to Merzouga, a quaint village on the edge of the Sahara Desert. Check-in will be at a luxurious desert camp, where traditional Berber hospitality awaits.

The camp is nestled among the dunes, providing stunning views of the surrounding desert landscape. Guests can relax, enjoy a camel ride, or explore the area.

As the sun sets, everyone will gather for a delightful dinner under the stars, accompanied by live music and entertainment. The evening promises laughter, delicious food, and the enchanting magic of the desert.

SAHARA MERZOUGA DESERT _ MARRAKECH

Marrakech - DAY 3: Return from Merzouga to Marrakech

The group will bid farewell to the desert and journey back to Marrakech. The drive will traverse the scenic landscapes of the Atlas Mountains and the fertile plains of the Haouz.

A stop for lunch will be made in Ouarzazate or a nearby town, providing an opportunity to refuel and enjoy a meal.

As Marrakech approaches, the city will come alive with its vibrant colors, sounds, and aromas. Guests will be dropped off at their preferred location, concluding an unforgettable adventure in Morocco.
