• Merzouga - Day 1: We depart from Marrakech at 7:00 AM in a minibus. Traveling over the Atlas Mountains, we stop at the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou for a tour of the complex, where lunch can be enjoyed at the restaurants (8 to 10 euros per meal). After our break, we head to Ouarzazate (The gateway to the desert), visit the Movie studio, and continue our afternoon journey to the Dades Valley. Here, we will stay for the night in a comfortable guesthouse with private ensuite rooms, including an evening meal and breakfast.

Day 2: The next day, after breakfast, our journey takes us through the Dades Valley and Todra Gorge, exploring the many sights of this region. Lunch can be taken at the cafes. We then head to Merzouga for the final leg of today’s journey, where we meet our camels to take us into the dunes of Merzouga to our Berber desert camp. Our stay at the desert camp includes an evening meal, accommodation in traditional Berber tents, and breakfast the following morning.

Day 3: On the last day, we take our camels for the return journey back to Merzouga. Then we enjoy our journey back through the Draa Valley to Ouarzazate, over the Atlas Mountains, and return to Marrakech around 7 PM.

The journey will take us across the Atlas Mountains, with a stop to explore the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, where there are numerous cafes available for lunch. After the break, the trip continues to Ouarzazate, with an optional visit to the Movie Studio. The afternoon journey leads to the Dades Valley, where accommodations for the night are in a comfortable guesthouse featuring private ensuite rooms, an evening meal, and breakfast.

Day 2: Following breakfast, the drive proceeds through the Dades Valley and Todra Gorge, allowing for exploration of the region’s many attractions. After enjoying lunch at a local restaurant, the journey continues to Merzouga, where camels await for a trek into the Merzouga dunes. The desert camp stay includes an evening meal and accommodation in a traditional nomadic tent.

Day 3: On the final day, the return journey on camels back to Merzouga is followed by a scenic drive through the Draa Valley to Ouarzazate, over the Atlas Mountains, and back to Marrakech, with an expected arrival around 7:00 PM.
