Marrakech to Dades Valley

Boumalne Dades - The 3-day adventure begins in Marrakech. Guests will be picked up from their hotel or Riad. The journey will take them across the Tizi N’ Tichka Mountains, the tallest in North Africa, with a drive lasting about 2 hours. Along the way, there will be stops for capturing stunning landscapes and enjoying a delightful Moroccan breakfast.

The trip continues to Ouarzazate, famously known as the Hollywood of Morocco, where numerous films, including Brad Pitt’s “Babel,” were shot. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a historic fortified city and UNESCO World Heritage site.

A delicious meal in the city will provide energy for a cinematic tour of the Atlas Film Studios. After the studio visit, the journey resumes with a drive to Skoura, a charming town adorned with Kasbahs.

The day concludes with an overnight stay at a hotel in Dades Valley, allowing guests to rest and rejuvenate for the next day’s adventure.

Dades Valley to Merzouga

Merzouga Desert - The morning starts with a hearty breakfast, followed by a drive to explore Todgha town and the breathtaking Todgha Gorges. There will be opportunities to take photos and admire the stunning surroundings.

The journey continues to Tinjdad, one of the quaint towns along the route, where a satisfying lunch awaits.

As the trip progresses towards Merzouga, the route passes through Arfoud and Rissani. By early evening, guests will arrive at a hotel in Merzouga, where they can unwind by the pool with a refreshing Moroccan mint tea.

Later, camels will transport guests for a 90-minute journey from the hotel to the Sahara dunes. Upon reaching the tent, there will be time to relax and enjoy Sahraoui mint tea with desert nomads. Watching the sunset over the desert dunes is a perfect way to end the day, offering a serene conclusion to an exhilarating journey.

Dinner will be a delightful experience with the nomads, accompanied by traditional Moroccan music around the campfire.

Merzouga to Marrakech

Marrakech - No Sahara adventure is complete without witnessing the sunrise. On the third day, guests are encouraged to rise early to experience the breathtaking desert sunrise.

After the sunrise, the journey continues back to Merzouga, where guests can freshen up and enjoy a hearty breakfast at their hotel.

The trip concludes with a return to Marrakech, with an expected arrival in the evening.
