Transfers around Vic Falls and Kasane - We used Victoria Falls Serious Fun for all our transfers in Vic Falls and Kasane. Marvel (our driver) was fantastic. He was extremely reliable, he communicated with us daily via WhatsApp and was punctual for every transfer. He pointed things out to us and shared all his local knowledge. I did quite a bit of research before arriving and he was definitely the most competitive price wise. I highly recommend their services and would happily use them again.

Chose fun day - The views were so amazing. We took so many pictures, saw a lot of wild animals. We really had fun in the Chobe river of seeing many species like crocodiles, hippos, elephants and birds. It rained whilst we were still in the river and ot became cold and our Captain saved us and gave us raincoats. Lunch was awesome though time wasn't on our side as we had to rash for the game drive. The scenery was good. Saw lions, elephants, impala, baboons,

Chobe Safari Day Tour; A Must! - We had such a wonderful time, from our booking to the ultimate tour. The scenery at Chobe River was amazing; and we were able to take beautiful pictures. The lunch was mouthwatering… If you may need to snack in the morning, make sure you carry light snacks as the Safari cruise only provides water and drinks. Above all, the full day Chobe River Tour is definitely worthwhile!👌🏽 Last, but not least, Marvel is a very professional tour operator and very helpful. If you want to have serious fun in Victoria Falls, book with him!🤌🏽

Very good - We are a family of 2 adults and 1 child aged 11. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights in Zimbabwe and Botswana. We relied on Serious Fun and Marvel proved impeccable. All cruises - safaris - tours - transfers - helicopter - etc. were organized to perfection without any setback. Thanks to Marvel for everything. We recommend this agency!

Chobe 2 nights camping - We did 2 nights in Chobe camping. We had an amazing time in the park, Chobe is beautiful and we saw lots of wildlife. Id definitely recommend the boat trip and game drives. We were on a smaller boat which meant we got closer to the animals. Our kids are 11 and 13 and they loved it. Its particularly suitable for children because you see lots of animals, particularly elephants, giraffes, antelope, buffalo, hippos and crocs. We were also lucky to see lions and a leopard! The camp was good, it was cold at night but the clean bedding kept us warm, the food was good but I'd recommend taking snacks for kids. Facilities were a long drop toilet and bucket shower, which were kept clean. The mats to sleep on were not great but just sufficient. Camp was not in the park, which we'd asked for, but it was still in the bush and we listened to hyena at night! Serious fun tours arranged good support crossing the border from Zim and back again. Beware Botswana want to see children's birth certificates which we didn't have and we were nearly not allowed in, but were lucky to have a friendly official. Also bear in mind there can be long queues at the border, partly because of the complicated Zim visa system. We had to skip the morning game drive on the last day because we had a flight to catch back and realised it was going to take up to 2 hours at the border. The company who provided the game drives was budget, one of their trucks broke down which restricted where we could go one morning until they replaced it, and they tried to combine other peoples different itineraries with ours which was a bit frustrating at times. We did have 1 guide who was excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly.

Would use them again - Marvel and his team were great. They were responsive, well coordinated and professional. He was able to give us some history and additional information throughout our trip. There was a pickup hiccup on our last day but this was of no fault to Marvel and his team. They were quickly able to get us to our destination despite the issue. I would recommend Victoria Falls Serious Fun Tours and Travel and would use them again

Hot day in the park - Service did not check on visa or doc status for everyone in advance of heading to the Botswana border. Along with a long line at the border we had to wait for 2 guest to get the appropriate visa, resulting in us missing over an hour of our game drive. The game drive was great, but we spent so much of our time on the river front where we would be spending the afternoon from the boat. We saw lots of elephants but not many other animals from the Jeep. Lunch was great, while not buffet it was ordered off a menu. The afternoon is where it got worse, the 8 of us were put onto a little dingy type boat with minimal shade. there was water and ice, but we blew through that quickly. Many guest were close to suffering from heat exhaustion due to the lack of shade and the extreme heat. We saw many other big boats that would have been better for our group. Make sure you get the bigger boat or dont get on. Lastly make sure you check your visa requirements and as a company verify visas before boarding the bus in Victoria Falls. It sucks being in a group and having to wait for people who arent able to plan or be prepared when its 40+ outside.
