Great day - We went with a different company but it seems like every group does the same game drive. It's really worth it and very extraordinary to see the animals like that. I highly recommend you do a boat trip though as part of this if it's not offered. It really was magical to see everything from boat.

Absolute Best Safari Experience! - The Chobe Full Day Safari offers both boat and land viewing experiences. I highly recommend this full day safari because you will have the opportunity to view wildlife from a boat for over half of the time and this is the way to go for a couple of reasons. When it is hot outside which is very common in September in Botswana, being on the river will feel far better than on land! The Boat will allow you to have a very close view of Crocs and Hippos. And you will also see some birds you will not see on land as well as great views of other wildlife such as Elephants, Water Buffalo and Impalas. Lastly, the scenery along the river is amazing ...a must! This tour also provides a wonderful all you can eat lunch buffet at a Riverside Resort! The Resort is very nice and offers escape from the heat in September. The lunch was one my my favorite meals while we we're in Africa for two weeks! The land experience followed lunch and offered as expected offered a different experience than water. I will worn you it was VERY HOT (in September) and very BUMPY as we were tossed up and down, side to side while driving through the soft sandy park. So bumpy that that my phone and my friends Fitbit thought we had walked a number of miles that we did not. The wildlife viewing is good ...thousands of Impalas, many Elephants and a number of Giraffes and Zebras. We also were privileged to see 4 lions, 3 females and 1 male lounging under the shade of a group of trees. September is dry season in this area of Africa and it was extremely dry as the vegetation was mostly dried up, but evidently there is still enough to support 10's of 1000's of animals. The tour company provides ample cold water, juices, and soft drinks on both their boats and Jeeps. I would do this Safari again, but would prefer going during a cooler time of year, such as April or May.

Chobe - Our guide was exceptional. I didn't expect that I would get to see the abundance of wildlife that I saw in the park, including all of the Big Four that reside there, but our guide was able to locate all of them and get us very close. Overall, an amazing experience that the whole family can enjoy.

A definite bucket-list experience - Our first visit to Chobe - but definitely not our last. Cannot wait to come back.... Both the game drive, as well as the boat trip on the Chobe river was awesome. We had a very knowledgeable guide, who went out of his way to make the experience memorable. We were fortunate to see elephants do the river crossing. The only downside of the trip, was the lunch experience - we were very disappointed, as most of of the dishes at the buffet was empty. We had to eat what was available or nothing at all.... service was also poor.

Amazing day! - Our guide Obi was experienced behind the wheel and very knowledgeable. We got to see elephants, giraffes, hippos, impalas, lions and even the elusive leopards. Couldn’t have asked for a better day. The lunch was plentiful and varied at the Cresta Moana Lodge which had a lovely setting by the Chobe River.

Poorly organized - The animals were amazing, and I saw enought of them. The trip was poorly organized. I came from Victoria falls and cleared customs without delay. Then I had to wait at a dusty parking lot with dogs and pigs for the rest of the group who came from Zambia. It was a large group of Chinese with visa problems. Make sure that your whole group comes from the same country. We finally got to the park midday after being picked up at 7 am. Most of the animals were resting under the trees. The tour was short so we could get to lunch. The other car got sk and we hat to go back to pull them out. The guide had to borrow rope from a south African man. After lunch I took the boat tour with a different group. For the ride back I had yet another group. I was worried about getting back. So I can’t recommend this business.
