- Flying Horses Carousel - Another must-see in Oak Bluffs. The Flying Horses Carousel is the oldest continuously operating carousel in the country (since 1884).
- Edgartown - While taking our 3 hour island tour (or spending the day on your own) be sure to visit this charming town.
- Gay Head Light (Aquinnah Light) - While on our 3 hour island tour you will stop and view the Gay Head Cliffs and lighthouse. SIMPLY AMAZING!!!!
- Nobska Point Lighthouse - This stop is seasonal for us as it is only done when we use the Steamship Authority Ferry Service. Usually both early Spring and late October.
- Steamship Authority Ferry Docks, Woods Hole - This Ferry service is one of the ferries that we use for our day trip to Martha’s Vineyard. Usually it is in April/May and late October.

Best time ever - We had a great tour with Johnathan and Tom.. Would totally recommend .. They both were very knowledgeable. Enjoyed seeing all of Tom’s pictures with famous people

Amazing! - Amazing! The lady on bus 20 who does not sing and Tom we’re super! The lady was super jolly and entertaining and Tom was kind and very knowledgeable of the Island.

Jennifer picked us up and... - Jennifer picked us up and was witty, funny and inviting just enough to get us comfortable and ride to the ferry. When we got to the island, Tom was our tour guide and super easy to listen to —clearly knew the island and everything we might want to know and places we wanted to stay longer at. Five stars —10 out of 10 —totally recommend.

Great Tour, but Needs an Upgrade - The tour guide, Tom, was super good; but an old school bus as a means of transportation just didn't do it for me. They need an upgrade. They also need to add more stops.

Skip the tour;ride the free buses - The ride from Boston to Falmouth was fine. Our driver was a few minutes early and no one picked up after us was late. We got to the ferry in plenty of time. Arriving in MV we had to board an old school bus. This is where things went a bit downhill. The windows were all open to let air in, but as our driver flew down the roads it was quite windy inside the bus which was hard on your eyes. Also, because the windows slide down, you’re looking through two kinda dirty windows to see out. Plus a big bar in between the windows is right where you would normally be looking out a vehicle window. There are free buses that looked newer with large closed (they must have a/c) windows that looked much nicer to ride around in. The mini bus we rode from Boston would’ve been much nicer to ride around in. Luckily it wasn’t overly hot on our tour because this school bus had vinyl seats which would be very hot if it had been. Our driver talked a lot but many stories were about him rather than the island. He was personable though and did a decent job. You wouldn’t have missed a lot by just riding the free buses though and it would’ve been a nicer ride.

I wish I would have known - The Island tour was very rushed and fast paced. The tour on the island was in an old, uncomfortable, dirty school bus that did not have air conditioning or a good sound system. This did not reflect the comfortable air conditioned transportation I saw on line. The tour guide was knowledgeable, helpful and informative. We really appreciated how he pointed out on the map where we were and what we were seeing next. The tour itself was fast paced and spent little time for us to enjoy attractions like Clay Cliffs and Gay Head which were the most beautiful parts of the tour and showed the landscape of the island. I feel like if we would’ve been in a bus that had closed windows and air conditioning on we would’ve heard more of the tour information. We were disappointed in the time allotted at each stop for restroom use and sights, as well as the locations we were able to visit on the vineyard.
