Rain or Shine - It was raining hard during our visit. Despite that, Andri was there to meet us on time. We were the only two. We had an informative walking tour.

Good day on the freedom trail - Adri (Belgium) was simply amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend. Knowledgeable and kept it moving despite a lot of interruptions (St Patrick’s day celebrants).

Great historical detail - Great story teller. Especially enjoyed learning the significance of coins on military graves. It was a hot day and our guide did an excellent job of trying to keep us in the shade as much as possible, which then allowed us to listen and really enjoy his talks of various historical figures from the start of the American Revolution.

Fabulous tour, even better guide. - Fantastic tour - entertaining and knowledgeable guide! Jeremiah Poole was our guide and he was fantastic - even on a scorching hot day he kept three teens entertained (no mean feat, I can tell you!) He was incredibly knowledgeable, very very funny, and a pleasure to spend a couple of hours with. If it hadn't been so darn hot we'd have done the afternoon tour with him too!

Interesting and Informative Walk - Tour was fun the tour guide was useful to learn about American history. It was packed well and walking was doable. It was something we would recommend. Also, we had to modify our reservation due to travel issues and the customer arrive person was very nice and accommodating.

Not a great experience with the person who assisted while we were in Boston, cold and lost in a city we had never been - My flight arrived into BOS at 2:30 pm My tour was to start at 4:30 pm It was cancelled and the last tour was at 2:30. I didn’t receive notification of the change. Paid an Uber $30 to get us to the tour start location which was not easily explained, called Viator only to be told that an email would be sent to tell me about the exact location. I asked the person at Viator to please give me the directions as the email was not coming in. She put me on hold To tell me that the tour had been cancelled. She was not pleasant and when I asked if could speak with someone else, the call was disconnected. Obviously if I would have known that the tour time of 4:30 was cancelled and it was replaced by a 2:30 tour I would have cancelled the entire thing since my flight was arriving at 2:30 and we would have never made.

Frustrating disaster! - This was a disaster, unable to take the tour. It never mentioned a tour time In the confirmation When we arrive at the location, we were told it was maybe 12:30pm. I called customer service they could not confirm. Someone was supposed to call me back, but never did!
