A Fantastic Blend of History, Pubs, and Personality - My boyfriend and I had such a great time on this historical pub tour in Boston. Big Al was an outstanding guide. He was super friendly, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. You could tell he really cares about the stories he tells and always takes the time to explain the “why” behind the events. That made the whole experience feel much more meaningful and memorable. We especially loved taking the ferry. It was a unique and scenic way to see the city. Learning about important moments like the Battle of Bunker Hill was a highlight. Big Al made it all come alive with his storytelling. The pub stops added a fun and relaxed atmosphere where we could enjoy a drink and chat with others. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a unique and entertaining Boston experience.

Very fun, drinks, food camaraderie - Beyond excellent, we got Big Al for a guide, worth twice the price, good taverns you wouldn't find on your own, good history, good walking, not for people in questionable shape

Boston Family trip - Big Al was our tour guy. HE WAS FANTASTIC. he was very in too it and kept talking about everything. I think we got more than we probably should have, but well worth the money. I would highly recommend this tour. You have to be able to walk, but so worth it.

Great day in Boston - The tour with Al was outstanding! He showed us very nice parts of North End, then we took the ferry to Charlestown. The USS Constitution was on its way and we made a quick detour there. Al has brought us closer to historical events. The stop at the tavern - and later at the pub- were good opportunities to have a beer, eat something and rest briefly. Al is enthusiastic about what he does and gave us a great afternoon and told us many great things about Boston and gave us tips for the rest of the stay. When booking a few weeks ago I was still skeptical, but the tour was definitely worth it.
