WONDERFUL VIEW - Beautiful view of Boston from above. For not too much money, given American standards, climbing the Prudential Tower and enjoying the show from above is an absolute must!!!!!

If you’re new to visiting Boston, start with “View Boston” to build your best itinerary. - Ben is a fantastic tour professional! We learned a lot and enjoyed the experience. The outdoor viewing deck alone is worth the price.

Wow....just WOW! - This was totally worth it. From the moment the elevators opened to the view was absolutely breathtaking. We throughly enjoyed our time here. In addition to the top floor, there are 2 additional floors below to enjoy. One, you can go outside on and the other has interactive things to do. So gld we did this and highly recommend!

Just okay - The top floor is completely inclosed. One level down is open air. The views were okay. Price was okay.

Nice view... but what a price! - The activity lacks originality: it is simply a view of the city, relatively expensive for what it offers. Certainly, we can see some emblematic buildings and monuments, but nothing exceptional, especially considering the price of 105 € for 4 people. In addition, the cost of parking is also high. We called to ask where to park and were advised the parking of the shopping center located just below. What a surprise to discover that a little more than two hours of parking costs $46! We were then told that you had to spend at least $25 in the mall to get a discount. In conclusion, it is a very touristic activity, with a disappointing value for money, that gives the impression of being trapped financially.

Ruined date night - Ruined date night. I wanted to take my wife out for a nice evening, have a cocktail on the outdoor deck before dinner reservations. "View" had a private event, so no outdoor deck. If you book a private event, LET PEOPLE KNOW IN ADVANCE BEFORE THEY BUY TICKETS!!! I think there were 100 employees working, but they all seemed more interested in chatting with themselves than actually helping customers. No one around to show folks where to go, signage was nonexistent or confusing. The restaurant bar was practically empty, but still took forever to get drinks and no followup for refills, even though there were 4 bartenders!? The entire experience was overpriced, overly complicated, and well below all the hype. We were so frustrated that we canceled dinner plans at another restaurant and just drove home.

They are not first class and completely not ready - The alarm went off 10 minutes n into the visit the instructions are not clear at all the exit signs say staff only no clear instruction some one say stay some one say use emergency exit , emergency exit is locked and they say leave on the elevators And over all impresión is zero preparation for any emergency
