Mulled wine! - Good friendly people and a nice mulled wine to end the day. Lockers are handy and I had the best week of skiing.

The best rental company - Eva was great at sorting our group of 9 with skis, boots, poles, goggles and helmets. She was super helpful and all of the staff were really friendly. We had 3 instructors and split the group

Awesome experience - It was a gorgeous experience with friendly people. I will definitely highly recommend it to everyone. It is a dream come true: the place, the equipment and most importantly the people’s attitude and their willingness to teach and guide you every step of the way.

Excellent for all - Great ski equipment rented and the lockers that you have to use are really excellent. The staff are very helpful and got value for money. I had lessons for the week with George and he was an excellent teacher who also made the lessons fun and by the end of the week my parallel skiing had improved so much. So thanks very much and hope to be back by next January. Paula

The only rental you need! - This is the best rental place in Borovets. Extremely helpful staff...a great depot, clean, well equipped where nothing it too much trouble. Have fun with the staff and it's laughter all the way. Boris is a legend!!

Alpin ski school and rental - Ski school super well placed from slopes.tuition excellent friendly helpful taught me two of us to intermediate lvl and 2 beginners able to skii within 2/3 days would highly recommend no hesitation 10 out of 10 Kalina is an excellent instructor

Highly Recomnend - Highly recommend. Extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a weeks skiing in Borovets and Alpin Ski School and Hire made the whole thing so much easier. It was our first skiing holiday as a family and the staff were happy to meet all our requirements. They were extremely flexible to meet my families changing needs as we progressed at different levels, nothing was too much trouble. I had lessons with Maria who was fantastic with me as an unsure beginner she gave me the confidence to ski independently and happily. My boys had snowboard lessons with Valdamir which were fun and within no time they were flying and Ivan taught my husband and daughter some more advanced skills. All the staff are really nice, friendly and great instructors. The school is situated right on the slopes and the facilities and equipment are excellent we will definitely be booking with Alpin on our next visit.

zero experience skiing - Marie helped me go from zero experience to skiing confidently in just the five days I spent there :)

Wonderfull skiing for kids - We took instructors for all 6 days of staying in Borovets for small kids and my wife. Special thanks to Maria and Georgiy!! With their help everyone enjoyed every minute of the skiing!!

Could do better - We arrived late in the Sunday evening so didn't have time to collect our hire equipment (although we were told they close at 5.30 apparently just read they open till 9.30 !!) Arrived at the store on Monday and we were met with mainly grumpy staff !!(the tall, slim dark haired gent was ok) We had hired 4 lots of skis, 2 pairs of boots and 4 lift passes. They didn't quite understand how many of us there was and got themselves very confused but seemed to blame us for the confusion!!!! (Although it was all there in black and white on my paperwork and theirs) the equipment itself is good and good choice for different abilities. The store itself is very small and not much room especially if there are 6/8 people in there. The lockers downstairs, although practical as right by the slopes, is very small, anymore than 8 people trying to change and you'd have to stand and wait. The language barrier doesn't help either although on their website it states one of their advantages is 'they speak our language' no !! They understand very little, especially the young bald chap who is very arrogant !!! My husband had gone to hand his skis back in on our last day and was greeted by the rude arrogant chap with WHY ?? why do you think, our holiday was over. I gave the Alpin 3 starts basically because of where it is situated and the tall young gentleman.
