A wonderful drive to view the Dolomites - The driver/ guide Matteo is full of information about the area and have us a very good history about the sites. He is polite and drives carefully given the narrow and downhill/ uphill roads in the area. He is very familiar with the route. We throughly enjoyed the day and had a view of the Dolomites also due to the favourable weather.

Breathtaking views - It was wonderful - beautiful scenery - Marco was our guide. He didn’t speak much English but tried very hard and we were able to understand. He was very polite and considerate. He took us to the most beautiful spots and gave us time for taking pictures.

Wonderful Experience - Our guide was Juli and she was amazing! She was very personable, knowledgeable, a very safe driver, and knows her way around the Dolomites! Do not hesitate to ask for her for a private tour of the beautiful Italian Alps. My husband and I feel like we have made a lifelong friend! Book your trip without hesitation!

The Ultimate Dolomite Tour - Our guide Matteo took us on a magical journey through the majestic Dolomites. We were lucky to have such an educated and knowledgeable guide. He chose the perfect stops for our young children to enjoy, while the adults were able to take in the stunning views. Matteo intimately knows the Alps and shared his experiences and knowledge of local history, economics, culture, geography, geology, and cuisine. We learned so much in one day. One of the best days of my life!! - I HIGHLY recommend the services of Concierge Dolomites. Our day in the Dolomites with our driver Matteo was one we will never forget, simply amazing!! We trusted him with his recommended itinerary, which took us to scenic stops less visited and away from the crowd of tourists. His passion for and knowledge of the mountains is evident at every turn. You will be left speechless and breathless. We look forward to returning and spending more time with Matteo.

It was a wonderful experience. - It was a comfortable tour in a large private car. Our guide Matteo was also very friendly and gracious to our selfishness. Unfortunately, the weather was fine, but we really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the car seat we had asked for beforehand was not prepared. We had them respond immediately, but the start time was delayed a little bit. But otherwise I was very happy. I would like to use it if I have another chance.

A very special day! - Our day with Manuela was magical. Lots of beautiful scenery on the drive. Expert navigating around an accident on the highway. We would never have found these breathtaking views on our own, aka hidden Dolomites. I don’t think there are better Mountain Views in all the world. Ride thru Ski slopes, alpine meadows, views on views of snow topped peaks, quaint towns, hairpin turns. Do this trip. You will not regret it! Our group of 6 was astounded at every turn!

Great customer service & tour guide! - Matteo was wonderful! He contacted us the day before our tour to warn us of bad weather. (We couldn’t reschedule due to our departure the day after our tour.) He agreed to continue, to show us as much as possible despite pouring rains…as long as it was safe. In the early morning hours my husband had a medical emergency that landed us in the local hospital for over half the day. :( We contacted Matteo 1.5hr before our pickup and he understood. Later we requested a partial refund which the tour company generously granted, though they would not have had to do so. We were very disappointed that we couldn’t make this tour and sadly can’t speak to its beauty. But we can say that the customer service and our tour guide Matteo was friendly, professional, and tried to make it work for us!
