We take you to the most hidden places in the Dolomites and you can spend a day in the company of an expert driver guide, who will introduce you to history, tradition and local people. Through the Isarco Valley, among castles, churches and vineyards, we go up after Chiusa on the road that leads to Val di Funes. An enchanted valley, we pass by San Pietro for the Passo delle Erbe, a 1-hour stop with an optional walk to a mountain hut under the Sass Putia. Passing by the Badia Castle, the gateway to the valley that takes us to the Falzarego Pass with the possibility of going up with a cable car from May to November and enjoying a typical lunch at the Rifugio Lagazuoi. Canazei and finally Lake Carezza at the most beautiful time close to sunset. Wherever there are photographic spots we stop. Alto Adige does not only have fantastic landscapes but also tradition and history completely different from all of Italy. Breathtaking! - The One day private tour: The hidden Dolomites was fantastic, and tailored to our interests. Our guide/driver, Klaus, a lifelong resident of the Dolomites, shared so much about his home mountains, while he drove us from one breathtaking venue to the next. The Dolomites are incredible and Klaus did an amazing job sharing them with us. We had lunch at the top of the Pordoi cable car, while enjoying unbelievable views. Klaus suggested that we stop in at the WWI museum at the bottom of the cable car, and we were so glad we did. We learned a lot. We could not have had a better introduction to these unique mountains. We hope to be back in the winter to ski on some of the beautiful slopes we saw covered with wild flowers in July.

Great introduction to the Dolomites - We loved this experience. Our driver was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Was a great way to see the Dolomites, breathtaking views around corner. Having a driver allowed us to relax and enjoy the day. Would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful views despite the weather - We really enjoyed this tour. Be aware that on a rainy and cloudy day, the Dolomites are very hard to see. It was almost a white out on the day we went. That said, we did see some beautiful views and spotted glimpses of the Dolomites as we drove. We sadly did not get to enjoy the cable cars due to the fog obstructing our views. Unfortunately, you can't control the weather though, and we made the best of it! All in all, we'd do this tour again...hopefully on a not so rainy day next time.

Best experience ever! - Fantastic! Easy-going. Flexible. Our driver was kind, happy, patient and approachable. He knows all the best places and can get you there all while accommodating family and our fur baby. My children had an unforgettable experience, and we will be calling back for our next trip soon.

Amazing tour of the beauty of Bolzano. - What a wonderful tour. Stefan is an amazing wealth of knowledge about the environment, history, geography and horticulture of the area. Walter was a great driver on the wet winding roads. This was our first visit to Bolzano . The overwhelming beauty and the warmth and knowledge of Stefan made for a special day.

Spectacular views - Our tour was great, the Dolomites are just spectacular! Stefano, our tour guide, was incredible and we were amazed with his remarkable knowledge! Unfortunately the driver, Alex, could you use some training; his driving was way too fast and he spoke too much about his own endeavors with the tour guide, taking Stefano away from sharing more information!

Disappointing Tour - Pros: breathtakingly beautiful scenery. Private driver who was very nice. Ease of being picked up at hotel and taken to specific spots for photos and lunch.
Cons: I booked the trip about 6 weeks before the trip. Two days before we arrived, the owner asked if we could have another couple join us (and offered a minor discount). I declined. The day of the tour, a taxi driver showed up at the hotel to pick us up. We got exactly that for the (not inexpensive) tour: a taxi driver; not a tour guide. The driver was very nice, but his English was moderate, so it wasn’t a tour of the Dolomites, it was a drive through the Dolomites. Frustrating that even though we booked first, we got sent on a taxi ride instead of the tour that we booked well in advance.
