Amazing! - As new parents, this tour was a well-needed break from our busy routine 😂 It was such a relaxing and informative experience, full of laughs, food , culture and unforgettable moments. The production of Parmigiano Reggiano was so interesting, and I never knew balsamic vinegar could have so many variations! The Lambrusco cellar was charming, and the food at the end was a dream come true—homemade pastas, cured meats, and wine. Delicious tiramisu! It was the perfect combination of culture, food, and a little indulgence. To sum it all up, just take this daily tour and you won’t regret it.

A History Buff’s Dream Tour - This full day tour was a true gem, not just for the food, but for the incredible history behind everything that explain why those artisanal food product are so unique. I was fascinated by the traditional techniques behind making Parmigiano Reggiano and balsamic vinegar, time and patience are the keys to the quality of these products recognized throughout the entire world. The guide Natalia shared insights into the centuries-old processes that have been passed down through generations, and it was incredibly educational. The wine tasting in the oldest Lambrusco cellar was a great experience to live as well—sipping wine in a place that’s been producing for centuries made me feel like I was part of history. The food was, of course, divine. A must-do for anyone who enjoys learning about culture through food.

Food Lover’s Ultimate Adventure - If you love food adventures, this tour is an absolute must! We had such a blast diving into the world of Parmigiano Reggiano and balsamic vinegar, with every stop offering something new and exciting. The cheese tasting was so much more than just a snack—it felt like we were discovering the soul of Italian cuisine. The Lambrusco wine tasting in the ancient cellar was an experience we’ll never forget, and the food at the end? Honestly, I don’t think we’ve ever had a better lasagna and tortellini. This tour was our food lover's dream!

Memories we’ll carry with us forever! - We came to Bologna to celebrate a milestone birthday, and it was the most memorable day of our trip to stay together as a family day! This tour exceeded all expectations. The Parmigiano Reggiano and balsamic vinegar visit/lessons were eye-opening. After the first two factories, tasting different wines and exploring this incredible chateau, with those beautiful rolling hills in the background, was an experience unlike any we’ve had before, in such a charming place! The real treat, however, was the lunch! We were treated to a spectacular spread of traditional dishes—everything from antipasti to dessert. It was the perfect celebration for our group on a beautiful sunny day, we didn’t stop eating, drinking, and laughing all day long—memories we’ll carry with us forever!

Super cool experience and amazing local food 🤩💜 100% recommended! - Super cool experience with Tours and the City 🤩💜 Lots of learnings and a great time with the group - we were a small group of friends and met other people from different countries that joined the tour with us, it was a great time to meet people also!! We had a guide that stayed with us the full experience plus a local guide from each of the stops we did (Parmigiano factory, Balsamic Vinegar and Lambrusco winery). At the end we enjoy our best lunch so far in Italy in a country side Osteria 🤤 Thank you for this experience! We recommended 200%!!

Enriching, Flavorful, Comprehensive – Totally Worth It! - If you're in Bologna, do yourself a favor and take this tour! I had no idea I would be so captivated by the Parmigiano Reggiano and balsamic vinegar process—it was eye-opening! But what I really loved was the relaxed pace. I never felt rushed; it felt more like hanging out with friends while learning about Italian traditions. The Lambrusco tasting in the oldest cellar in the region was an unexpected highlight—cool vibe. And the lunch? Let's just say it was the best pasta I've had in years. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a chill yet informative experience from Bologna. They also offer cooking classes and food tours in town through which I discovered this tour.!
