Simply enjoyable and delicious. - Wonderful experience, great host, and autentic food. Alessia included everyone in the cooking process, making sure no one is left out of the experience and out of the fun that was the entire evening. Best ragu I had. Beats every single restaurant and trattoriathat we tried in Bologna, easily. Can not recommend enough.

Worthwhile and memorable - Intimate gathering of fellow travelers looking to learn how to make Italy’s treasure…pasta! We got our hands doughy and yet got to enjoy a lovely dinner with the other folks we met. Thank you Alessia for opening up your home and your recipes to us! We enjoyed the cooking prep, the wine and the pleasant conversation.

A worthwhile experience - We had a great time with Alessia. She was very welcoming and the food we made was delicious. She even accommodated a vegetarian meal for me so I didn't miss out on anything. Highly recommend.

Amazing Cooking Class in Bologna! - We loved this experience on our final day in Bologna! Alessia was kind, informative and a great teacher! And the social aspect was quite a treat - getting to meet people from all over the world who were interested in making authentic Bolognese cuisine - it was so much fun! Would recommend for other travelers!

Amazing teacher, incredible food! - The entire experience was enjoyable. Alessia welcomed us warmly, taught us so much and hosted a wonderful meal to finish it off. We loved that it was cooking in her kitchen and felt very personal.

Amazing Cooking Class in Bologna - We had an amazing experience. The cooking class was run by Alessia who had the most amazing energy and made the class so much fun. She made sure everyone got to participate and that everyone’s needs were met. We cooked in her home which was so nice and intimate and after cooking, we had a nice meal with other tourists from around the world. There were 10 of us which was the perfect amount. We made Tagliatelle, Bolognese, and Tiramisu. There is nothing like cooking everything from scratch and then later getting to enjoy it. We learned how to make the dough from scratch, roll it out or use the pasta machine, and then cut it into the different shapes. I would definitely recommend taking this class to get a real feel of Italian traditions and to see the behind the scenes of how everything is made!

Fun! - Alessia was a wonderful host and helped us make the most delicious meal! Great with kids and adults, super fun. The meeting time was changed by 15 mins, which I didn't notice in my WhatsApp messages, so we showed up early, which was a little annoying because it was so hot outside, but once we started we had a blast. Excited to try out the recipes at home :)

Excellent cooking experience - An excellent, excellent cooking class. It was on Alessia's house which made the experience feel more relaxing and welcoming. Alessia talked us through each step of the process and explained why certain steps and ingredients should (or shouldn't !!) be used ! You really felt like you were learning skills that you could take away and remember. It was excellent and I would definitely recommend - there was also plenty of excellent wine at the end to enjoy with your meal!

Great way to learn to make pasta - Our group had fun making the pasta and tiramisu! It all tasted amazing too! We'll definitely try to make this at home. I hope it turns out as well.
