Fun, informative, full of laughter - Honestly, i never had a tour like this before. Riccardo is, i don't know how to put it, brings the most laugh i have in a year in 4.30hr of the tour. It is, so much fun, so much knowledge, so much food. I hope whenever you book this tour you get Riccardo as your tour guide. Simply the best tour i have so far in my time in Italy.

The perfect way to try the best food in Bologna - We had a fabulous experience with Mattia in this four-hour walking tour trying out the most delicious food in Bologna from breakfast to aperitivo, lunch, and ending with outstanding gelato. Two grandmas with a 16 year old kid, we enjoyed every minute of it. Don’t miss it!

Great Food Tour in Bologna! - Mattia gave an absolutely amazing tour that went far beyond just food, he brought the history, culture, and heart of Bologna to life. Not only did we enjoy incredible local bites, but we also learned about the families, traditions, and stories that have shaped Bologna into Italy’s culinary capital. Mattia is energetic, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. He kept the tour engaging from start to finish, weaving in just the right amount of history to give context without overwhelming. You can tell he’s truly passionate about food and tradition. Pro tip: come hungry! Mattia makes sure you're well-fed and walk away with a deeper appreciation for Bologna’s rich culinary heritage. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to eat well and learn even more about bologna.

A chill and pleasant tour - Mattia took us to lovely places for coffee, meat, pasta, drinks and then gelato. A great education in Emilio Romano food culture. No wonder Bologna is called La Grassa.

Bologna Food is Incredible - Wow, what a feast of tastes and smells in this experience. The variety and building focus of the tour was surprising, in a great way. You really get a good experience to understand the how and why of the flavors. So many good things; fortunately not too much food, so that you can enjoy all of it, yet also be full.

Highly recommend this Food Tour - This experience was amazing! We had Riccardo as our tour guide and he was Fawesome( as he calls it lol)! He kept everything very fun and light, and we got to taste such amazing food/ wine. There was 9 of us in the group, which was really good as everyone got to connect. I highly recommend booking this tour if in Bologna! It was a great way to learn a bit of history but a lot about food.

Wonderful way to kick off our trip to Bologna! - We did the Daylight Food Tour with Mattia and have zero regrets. We learned so much about the cuisine of Emilia Romagna and the history and culture of Bologna and left the tour stuffed and happy. We have done other tours with large operators in Italy where we could tell that our guide just wanted to be somewhere else. This is not the case with Mattia- he has an infectious passion for food, people, and Bologna! Would absolutely recommend booking a tour with Delicious Bologna.
