This cooking class was an absolute delight! - This cooking class was an absolute delight! Learning from a local Cesarina made the experience feel authentic and intimate. The highlight was discovering the true spaghetti Bolognese—not the ragù version most people expect, but the traditional recipe with tuna. It was fascinating to learn the history behind the dish and the special techniques passed down through generations. The class was hands-on and well-structured, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in Italian culinary traditions. Making homemade gelato without an ice cream maker was a fun and rewarding challenge, and the final tasting on the terrace, accompanied by prosecco, was the perfect way to end the experience. The host was knowledgeable, warm, and passionate about sharing her family recipes. Whether you’re a food lover or just looking for a unique activity in Italy, this class is a must! Highly recommended!
